This ball is a little small for someone of my size, but it does provide some relief. I find it particularly useful for my feet and the back of my shoulder. I am not impressed with the instructions, but you do not need to concern yourself with them. You need to do no more than position the ball at an effected area, for it to do its job. The ball is activated by a single button, which also cycles through its 4 vibration speeds. There is no deep penetration. It is a very gentle relief process. The ball gets warm, but not hot.I like that the charge status is lit up on the ball, so I know when it needs recharging and for how long. The ball is waterproof, so it is easy to clean. I am not convinced the young fit people need this type of expensive device, but for those of us whose bodies are less functional, I think that it is worth its price.

I bought this for knee pains but I woke with a very painful shoulder joint two days ago and after three short sessions with this, the pain has gone.

The media could not be loaded.  This massage ball comes in a rubber shell that looks heavy duty, however, it is not waterproof.Using it is very simple, once fully charged, just press the only button on the ball to toggle between four speeds.The button and the charging port is not in the way while you are using it as it is recessed lower than the rubber shell.The vibration power is adequate on max setting, it is great for pressing onto the shoulder and resting your neck on it, it truly does the job of massaging if you pressed it hard enough. It also works very well under the feet to relief stress or injury on the plantar.However, I was kind of disappointed that the vibration is not as strong as a gyro ball that will work my upper arm muscles whilst holding it.The advantage of a ball shape over a massage gun is that you don't need to hold it. You are using your own weight to adjust the pressure, and it is great for areas like the feet and the back where they are awkward to reach.This would have been perfect with a bit more vibration and be made waterproof.

I suffer from a lot of aches and pains so wanted to try out this massage ball which has 4 settings to see if it would mimic giving areas on my body a massage. The ball is a great little size which is not to unwieldy to hold and although it is quite weighty I think you need it to be like this so that it applies pressure to the areas you are massaging with it.The ball is easy to charge up with the supplied adaptor and I can use it for quite some time before it is drained. I find it particularly useful to roll under my feet to help with pain and discomfort and I also use it on my shoulders which is another area which really benefits from this massage ball.A great size to pop into your gym bag or take with you when you are in the move to give yourself a mini targeted massage on any sore or tired areas of your body. Could not be without this massage ball now as it is so useful and really helps with my aches and pains.
