Nice Refrigerator
Old refrigerator finally gave out , so this one was priced pretty good . So far so good, no complaints. Fridge runs well and was delivered in a timely manner .

Daewoo RTE18GSBCD Top Mount Refrigerator, 18 Cu.Ft,
It's the biggest fridge I've ever owned and it just fit. It's got the perfect amount of shelves and they are well placed. I kinda love it but just fair warning when we first got it, all of a sudden it made the loudest noise like a plane taking off. We called and a few days later they sent someone to fix it. I think It was standing uneven but after a couple of days it calmed down and now quiet as can be. Not sure about energy efficiency so just did the 4 stars to put something. The price was phenomenal. Now I don't have to buy another fridge as this should last 20 years.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Seemed like a good deal! It worked for about 2 months, then began frosting up. Items in the refrigerator were freezing. The freezer was NOT frost free, it looked like something North of Siberia. Amazon was great, they did a 3 way call with DAEWOO. But DAEWOO was full of double talk and kept saying they would call me back that day, the next day or the end of the week. I had a case number, but if I did not call, they were not calling me back. Not a bad price, but no customer service when it would not work right. In the end AMAZON made it right, 5 stars for AMAZON, but 0 stars for DAEWOO.

Poor seal on door.
The seal around the door doesn’t seal properly unless you press hard on it. Still see the light from I side shining through when you just try to regularly close it.

This was perfect asset to my home, even the professionalism with the delivery set up. I will say to contact amazon once you get the notice of delivery to set up with the company. Thankful, I called and set my appointment.
