What a bath!
This may have been the best bath I've ever taken. The tub was nice and deep and very comfortable. The sloped back helped to make it much more comfortable than our previous tub and the arm rests are nice added feature too. But the best part may have been how warm the water stayed from start to finish. After looking at a LOT of tubs, I am so glad we went with this one.

Perfect for my bathroom remodel
Love this tub! We have a very small bathroom that we renovated on our own. This tub fit perfectly in the small space and gives a nice deep soak. Keep in mind that the tub is intended to be secured with concrete or mastic. The instructions are not clear on this. But, when putting the unit in, it's pretty obvious that it needs the additional security underneath. Also, I'm not sure why the non-whirlpool style still has a velcro access panel. It's just weird. I'll probably caulk it at some point. But, for now, it looks okay and we are completely happy!

Very deep! But not top quality
This tub is nice and wide and deep, however the overflow drain was a huge pain to install, the professional plumber couldn’t get it and eventually my husband forced it to fit, but it leaks. The drain plug stopper slowly drains the tub while you are in it. I block it with wash clothes to try and enjoy the tub, and the side access panel Velcro does not stick and fell off so constantly that we finally stopped putting it back on.

Get in and melt away! Slick modern look.
I am so pleased with this tub! I love that I can lay back with my legs extended and not have to bend them up out of the water like my old standard tub. It is so smooth and the back rest and arm rest let you support you 100% and you feel all your body become weightless without having to hold yourself with your legs or arms. This tub is built very sting but light enough for any couple to easily handle. The high gloss finish of the tub along with the unique modern eye catching over flow makes it look as if it cost hundreds more. Well worth every penny!!!

poor customer service for a 2018 tub purchase
That's a -1 star. After holding on the phone for nearly an hour, basically wasting my time, I spoke to the customer service rep about my tub that was installed 2019. I called to ask about scratched to my tub from a bottle falling from the side of the tub. I was told this is not a covered and to go to surface repair.com, I guess, to have this company to sell me a fix. I asked why AS does not have a fix I was told "whirlpool no longer offers a fix". When I expressed that I was not happy with the answer Roxy gave me and since I am currently in the process of purchasing a new cloths dryer, whirlpool will not be a consideration. She suddenly says to me, "we'll send someone to access the damage, you need to take pictures, start a file, send in your report, and we'll send someone to look at it but if it is determined that it is not a covered damage, you will need to pay for the fix". When I told her how she was double talking me, by now saying, it may be a covered item if I jump through hoops, she acted offended! Well one good turn deserves another. I cannot, in all honesty, recommend the purchase of this expensive product which may or may not have an actual guaranty or the backing of the AS/Whirpool corporation. Buy at your own risk, I did; and if you do, make certain nothing falls from the tubs edge and scratches it, it's not a pretty look.

This is a true deep soak tub!
I love this soak tub. Because of the top mounted drain, it truly allows for a deep soak. It provides plenty of hip space and the arm rests and sloped back make the bath experience very comfortable.

Beautiful tub
This tub is beautiful. It's good quality and looks more expensive than it was. It is really deep so it's a great soaker tub, but the area of the tub is a little shorter than most so maybe not great for two people to shower or for a tall person to take a bath. It's perfect for my 5'7" frame though!

not the best quality and it was hard to install
not the best quality and it was hard to install, We had to build a frame for the sides and a mortar bed for it to rest on. the plumbing was a breeze. but its better then the damaged Devonshire that came in and had to be exchanged for this one I just don't like the panel that comes out in the front I have a soaker tub so I don't know why they have a cut out? So I will come up with something to make that look a little better. But it looks nice and its very deep great for along well deserved soak.
