CHALLENGER Western Horse Leather Bitless sidepull Bridle Reins 7710TL-F

Leather is high end quality
Very good quality...a bit small for a 16 hand QH...he had a big head....but I will give it a go...I only use hackamores...this is a different style....I like the leather.

This side pull was well worth the price.
It was a great improvement for the control of my horse We did not need to fight putting the bit in his mouth. However, a bit would horse would give greater overall control. The side pull was very good looking and was well constructed. I would say it was well worth the price.

This Challenger western bitless bridle is ideal for riding the appaloosa mare in our Meadow. It allows the teens to gently but carefully guide her.

Excellent quality except for the stitching
I have used this bridle for several years now on my Arabian. It's the only bridle I use on her as I've transitioned 100% to bitless. I love this bridle and my horse responds to it just the same as with a bit, but she is very light in the face. I use other reins on this because I needed snaps I can undo to lead on the trail, but the reins that came with the bridle are good quality leather. My only complaint is that within a month or two of using this bridle, the stitching started to come undone in a few places. I reinforced it with my own thread but I wish that the stitching on this had been stronger to begin with. The biothane or whatever is on the inside is a soft-ish material that is easy to clean. Overall, pretty happy with it although the stitching is problematic.

Seems a bit small for my Q horse
I LOVE the quality of this bridle but is there a piece that can be attached to the upper rings and under the cheek to keep the buckle from being too close to the eye? I am using the full size horse bridle but it seems too small for my Quarter Horse. I think if the brow band was wider it would sit better.
