SMITHERS Oasis Pack of 4 Standard Floral Foam Bricks. New

I bought this to make a fresh flower table arrangement for thanksgiving. I cut one brick in half and socked it in water, Once it was nice n wet I placed my oasis on top of small plastic plate on top of a clear glass candle stick holder . I have a small table so was perfect for making a topiary with some market fresh flowers .will buy again very happy package arrived on time and in good condition .

It worked well with my flowers. I'd buy it again if I get more flowers. They did ship it to me pretty quick.

I like to make my own fresh flower arrangements, so use floral foam regularly.This brand seems to absorb water as well as others I have used.All my floral foam, this brand included, begin to crumble after several uses (Yes, when the arrangement no longer looks good, I toss the flowers, air-dry the floral foam, and save it to use again.) However, I do use a bit of bleach cleaner in the water with which I soak the foam, to extend the life of my flowers. I realize the chemicals might contribute to this eventual crumbling of the floral foam.

Does what it's supposed to do. Kept my floral arrangement alive for almost 3 weeks after soaking it in water.

Bought these to help fill a planter and top with river rocks. These worked perfectly!

Item as described. Floral foam is easy to cut into small cuboids and perfect for germinating flower/veggie seeds indoors, when it's still too cold to plant outside. Head start on spring!! The foam retains a good amount of water and a few small blocks in the indoor plant soil will prevent root drowning and rot.

It holds flowers well but you need to constantly water it if you want to enjoy your floral arrangements for atleast a day.

These blocks were easy to cut into the 4 inch squares needed for my glass containers. The instructions that came were good to have because I would have overly saturated the squares. Highly recommended
