Supper nice. Puts together easily. . I’m really happy with this product. Anyone looking for a carrier with a ramp? Without a doubt would be more than happy to own this one. The only thing I didn’t like is the ramp only goes up and down from one side. I was supposed they didn’t make it so it could have been put on from both side’s. Depending on witch way you needed to load the chair.I’ll be re designing it soon . To work better for myself.

Unit seemed to be designed solid and very well constructed. Useful strap hook locations and nice reflectors for the back. I finally used for the first time tonight to travel 46 miles round trip. Was very unsettling to hear the carrier shift back and forth ai we stopped a few times to check the straps and the bolts which were still very tight and secure.- half way through our trip I did notice that the carrier had a bit more play from left to right because the anti wobble collar had begun to work lose. I did use thread locker on it and let it set for a few days before we started. So after the general break in and after all the tweaking set in I'll go and redi all the bolts re torqued and have thread lock reapplied. Update will come soon

Instructions weren't the greatest but we got it put together. Only real issues were: 1) The one of the holes for the pins/bolts that help secure the post inside the hitch is drilled through at an angle, so that the holes on the post do not line up on both side of the hitch. Also, the anti-tile piece that was included to be used in place of the bolt with the crooked hole has one bolt that is basically frozen in place -- cannot move it at all so that piece is also un-usable.

Easy to install, works great , and folds out of the way when not in use .

works as advertised but it sounds like your car is falling apart with all the banging, clanging and rattling.Particularly when the gate is up. if you have close clearances it will also hit your bumpers. if they are plastic watch out. too heavy to return, just tossed it.

I bought it so I can be dependent! Yes it’ work very nice I would recommend to any one.

The company was very helpful when it comes to assisting me ,but I was not impress with the ramp. We assembled correctly, but we noticed the carrier looked a bit tilted. Plus, I was concerned that if I were to drive on a bumpy road the ramp will probably fall off and cause an accident.
