I have quite the blessed connect with HealthyHey; have bought quite a few supplements, previous. Glycine is a very important amino acid, for Glutathione, which is as important for the liver, as it is a detoxifier, as it is a natural sleep aid - which is why it holds an important place on my shelf. You can always trust this brand - they have it all in affordable rates - its not necessarily true that you gotta have expensive foriegn supplements, to get the most out of them. The simple ones are as effective as any. As a nutritionist, I hear this alot, and I keep clearing this myth. Having said that, this is fantastic...

Hope it is not a sleep pill! Of course it's not. It gives you good sleep. You feel like fresh and happy after you wake up

No Effect Whatsoever
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Glycine is known to give you sound sleep. I tried this product for 10 days and felt nothing. Then I gave these capsules to some of friends. None felt any difference. I opened the capsules and tasted it. It is sweet like sugar. I really doubt credibility of this item.
