poorly painted black
When I got these, a few of them had some chipped parts and scratches and the colour beneath these were not black so it looked a little odd.Luckily with our horrible roads the wheel covers are dirty and blackened automatically so its not very visible so far but I expect it to look shoddy quite soon.
