Good supplement. I take 5 grams of buffered Vitamin C and 800mg of ascorbyl palminate daily. It helps build collagen and is an excellent anti-oxidant.

Seems to help with Trigeminal neuralgia
I have no idea on a safe dosage for this but I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. It does not stop the pain but completely but if I use the pain scale and take it regularly, my every day 3 pain is gone, my higher level pains of 4-6 seems to go down to 2-3. I have not had any 9-10 pain to see how much it would help
