Q: If i mount the units on rfid gates in a library entrance, would it interfere with the rfid gates functioning?

I can’t answer this from experience as the library we have fitted it in doesn’t have a RFID Gates But the technology used in the counter is infrared and not wireless so should not interfere . The counter has the necessary conformity with wireless interference standards so should not pose an issue. Positioning on the gate to avoid covering the RFID loop would be advisable. Temporary fixing to get beat placement may be advised.

Q: Do you have any instructions on mounting the units that you could send me before purchasing?

The instructions aren't that helpful I'm afraid. They fit on one side of A4 paper. Would you like me to email them to you? Apologies, there doesn't seem to be a way of attaching them to this section. Kind Regards Alison

Q: What degree of accuracy can you expect from this counter?

Seem to be very good, only issue is if two people walk through the counter together, only picks up one person.

Q: Is it possible to get a security housing for the units?

Sorry, unfortunately, we do not. But it is probably possible to get / make something like that.
