Easy to take, seem to work, safe to take!
Easy to swallow, and they do seem to make you less hungry. People saying the dosage isn’t safe don’t understand the science - these contain 1000mg of matcha, and that amount will contain approx 30-50mg of the antioxidant EGCG. It’s recommended you don’t take more than 800mg of EGCG per day as it can cause liver damage…so you’d need to be pounding back half a bottle daily to achieve that. If you’re on the recommended 2 per day you’ll be fine!

It works !
I have to admit that this diet pill’s really works ! I used to have cravings during the nite when I’m sleeping which consisted of sweets 🍫 things like chocolate and biscuits and haven’t been able to stop the cravings for years now but upon taking these pills, literally within 3days my cravings stopped and I have v little appetite to eat. I have lost some weight and really recommend this pills ! However, exercise helps to loose the weight faster.

I've lost weight 75.5kg to 72.9kg
I'm going to be truthful because some people here think it's a magic pill. No it isn't, but it could be working. Here's some advice.Eat one day normally, count the calories in an app (MyFitnessPal).Minus a good amount off those calories with a calorie calculator app, loads of free online.Do it for 2 weeks, and try to walk 10k a day. Or atleast 5k. I go gym and do a 20 minute incline walk uphill, burn 250-300 calories.Cut out fried and processed food. Have high protein, low calories. Tofu, egg, beans, lentils for veggies, meat: chicken, salmon, lean meats, no fatty meats. If you can drink green tea, have one a day too. I have it after a normal cup of tea.Try have soya milks, also good with nesquik strawberry milkshake, you won't tell much difference. Have granola for breakfast! Infact I miss breakfast a lot and have a slightly higher lunch, so I lose breakfast calories, and I still fit the protein in as I have shakes or snacks. This with the pill is working. Unsure if the pill has assisted, but it's been proven to help fass loss. From 75.5 I've gone to 72.9 in 2 weeks. So trust me, do what I did. Every journal online will say the same I said.

Natural and effective
As someone who suffers with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I am constantly on the look out for products that will help my wellbeing and energy levels. As I also have Ulcerative Colitis, I have to be careful what supplements I take. The matcha green tea tablets are ideal as they are all natural and don’t contain anything artificial that will disagree with me! The capsules are quite large and not very pleasant tasting in my opinion but they are easy to swallow and the taste doesn’t last long, especially if you take alongside food as recommended. With my existing medical conditions I wasn’t expecting miracles but I can definitely say they have helped me not feel so sluggish all the time. They have also helped to curb my appertite and cravings for unhealthy snacks! Would recommended anyone to try them.

Not sure
I have been taking these for a few weeks now they are much easier and more convient to take rather than other supplements. I can't really tell yet if these work for me but I will give them more time I think they do give me a little boost of energy but only time will tell.

Amazing supplement
I was looking for something to help with metabolism / weight loss. Green tea kept coming up as an ingredient in weightoss supplements so I decided to give these a go because they also have turmeric in them, so two supplements for the price of one.Well I've been taking these for a month now and I deliberately didn't alter my diet or exercise habits so that I could review these honestly and see if they affected my weight. They didn't! I didn't lose a single pound. So why do I think these are so amazing?Well I struggle with fatigue and tiredness usually but these green tea capsules really give me a lift and an energy boost. Even if I've had a poor nights sleep, two of these capsules in a morning wake me right up and give me energy. As I've got more energy I've been moving more. I'm no longer too tired to exercise. And all with no side effects. I'll certainly keep taking these.

Be careful of recommended dosage
I took these for 4 days and now feel extremely ill… I think the recommended dosage is incorrect as when I did some research was shocked & horrified to see that in high doses, it (Green tea) can cause liver damage. Please approach with caution as I now feel dizzy, sick and generally unwell, so they’re going straight in the bin! I actually wanted to give it NO stars, but it wouldn’t allow me!
