Polish Light - Vibrating Massage Ball - 4 Speed Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Treatment

I'll start off with saying the polish light is great for the price in comparison to other vibrating massage balls. The heat the polish light produces can be felt primarily on the opposite end of the button, which is fine for just placing it on one spot. However, it would have been nice if the heat were distributed somewhat evenly so I could roll muscle groups on the ball as opposed to just keeping the ball on a single trigger point. When I decided to try and roll muscle groups I encountered another minor inconvenience such as when i would roll and the button side would be pressed up against my muscles while rolling would press the button and sometimes turn off the polish light. So in my experience rolling on the polish light is not what it was designed for, and more for spot massaging with the heat and vibration. If timtam were able to make adjustments where the Polish Light were able to be rolled around on where the button wouldnt be accidentally pressed, the heat evenly distributed around the ball, and vibrations a little bit stronger the Polish light would definitely be a 5 star product

I bought this massage ball because I have knots and tension in my back and needed something for when I drive or while im sitting at my desk. When the ball came in (as you can see in the pictures) my husband stole it and I have to pry it out of his hands. The 4 speeds really help for different parts of the body. I use the top speed on my back and a little less on my neck. I LOVE THE HEAT element. TimTam did great with this ball, and the battery life is excellent. I highly recommend this ball for trigger point muscle therapy. So versatile you can sit on it, lay on it, stand on it.

The texture and the vibration settings for the Polish light really do help me with my chronic lower back pain. It takes a minute for the heat setting to kick in, but once it does, it's marvelous. I took away one star because the ball is a little too large for me to comfortably release my tight muscles with.

Trigger point release is an awesome tool for people who engage in regular physical activity. This ball has its upsides, but it fails almost entirely when compared to other products that utilize vibration to achieve the goal of trigger point release.The good: size, material, and weight. Easy to use and sized appropriately for targeting muscles where most athletes need a tools like this: around the hips and shoulders.The bad: completely fails to vibrate, even at its highest setting, with anything above light pressure. Moderate to heavy pressure on this tool results in nothing but a mild buzzing sound. On the highest setting it may heat up a little bit on one side, but that seems more like a design flaw advertised as an “added benefit“ of this specific product.Bottom line: If this product provided much stronger vibration, I would definitely recommend it, but as it stands the competing products that cost $30-$50 more are significantly better.

We are extremely active in multi sports and love the strenuous workouts but our bodies take a toll. The grip was great for our back or even on our feet on the ground and the heat feature is a plus. Having a rechargeable feature was a must since we are Eco friendly

This is probably the best thing beside the gun that I have bought. It helps me and my clients loosen up before and after lifts. The heat is a great add to the ball also.

This ball is perfect to take with you. It hits pressure points perfectly. The vibration is strong and it heats up. Strong little sucker. Great for those with an active lifestyle!
