This absolutely works to curb appetite and control cravings. I'm 40 years old, routine exercise, cardio, walking and diet were not working. I kept gaining weight no matter what I changed. I read another review and followed it to the tee. 1 tab of Now Garcinia (twice a day) and 1 tab of Now Diet Support (twice a day). I've only been using this for a week and I already shed 3 lbs.
