Floxite Dual Sided 12x And 1x Circle Lite Folding Vanity Travel Mirror

This is my second purchase of this item. I bought it as a travel mirror. I love the mirror, but the light switch on my latest purchase started to fail after just over a year of light use (not much travel in 2020!). The switch on the original mirror also eventually failed but it lasted several years. I see the mirror is not currently available. Hopefully they are redesigning with a better switch!

My wife uses this and likes it. I don't use it and don't like it. Why not?As several other reviewers have noted, the mirror's weakness is in the pivoting hinge. Our experience is after a year or so, it cracks in a way that is not repairable. We have had that happen to several of these. We've also had a problem with the two white wires running from the batteries to the hinge. These are prone to fail as they are exceedingly thin and cannot long tolerate the twisting motion of the hinge. I cannot find a replacement that wins my wife over at a decent cost. Wish I could.

This mirror is compact with great magnification on one side and normal on the other. Bright light that works with battery. Perfect size to travel with. Highly recommend this mirror. I bought one for me and one for my sister for her birthday and she loves it as well.

I bought this to replace a Floxite mirror I used many years until it broke. I like the product but it's a smaller mirror than the one I had. Floxite doesn't make the larger size anymore. But it works well!

So happy with this mirror! It is so accommodating for those who travel a lot and those with not enough storage space. My only wish is that it had some type of padded case that came with it to travel! The light is very bright and if you need a well lit area to put on your makeup the lite is perfect otherwise, I am good without it!!

Not only does this mirror have bright lights, it has great magnification in addition to a regular mirror side. I have always had confidence in the Floxite brand, and I just needed to bite the bullet and pay a little extra to get a quality product. It is a little heavy and large, but it's what I need with my old eyes and terrible cruise ship cabin lighting. I'll just leave an extra pair of shoes home so I can stop struggling with makeup. No more cheap travel mirrors for me!

It’s a great mirror. Magnifying side is perfect for applying makeup like eyeliner & regular side is great for applying foundation. It also holds makeup sponges & cotton tip applications.

Mirror is great and the ease of folding the device is very easy as well.
