I bought one of these on Amazon when living in the US and so when I moved to UK I wanted another. It was worth the wait for Amazon to send from the US to here. It’s so reliable and makes great coffee every time. Tip: immediately after pouring run some water on the inside of the lid and the upper compartment and then run a bit of water on the exterior to cool it down. I then leave in the sink until I’m ready to clean it. I clean using hot water only on internal components so as not to affect the flavour. Mild soapy water on the external sections is fine.

Very pretty design and makes delicious coffee, strong expresso, Strangely, it’s more aromatic tasty and hotter then my expensive Delonghi bean to cup machine which eventually has broken. Mine is 1 cup and will make 1 tiny expresso cup. Having said that, I still have to make two successive cups to have my perfect shot, so wish the funnel had more capacity. It will take two full but not heaped tablespoons of ground coffee Still, love my tiny coffee maker.

Disappointing quality compared with Bialetti.

I had initially planned to buy a Bialetti moka pot, but some research suggested Grosche Milano product quality was actually better. I went with the Grosche and I'm been very satisfied with it.This coffee maker is beautifully designed with a shiny silver coloured coating over the aluminium body. It looks great sitting on my kitchen countertop. It feels sturdy and well built, with impressive overall quality. Notably, it has a silicon seal which lasts longer than the cheaper plastic seals used by other manufacturers.Most importantly, this product makes excellent coffee every time. Do not compress the coffee grounds; just lightly level off the surface. This will allow the steam from below to pass easily through the grounds.My only complaint is when pouring the coffee, a bit trickles down the side. That's minor though and can be avoided by pouring slowly and as close to upright as possible.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the 2nd piece because the first piece’s handle dropped by melting off. But the 2nd piece arrived with defects. The discolouration on the top and the broken piece on the edge of lid. Very disappointed twice over.

I bought this after seeing so many great reviews, and I can confirm they're all true! I've made espresso a couple of times now, and each time it comes out strong and flavorful. It's amazing how much quality coffee you can make with this moka pot without spending tons of money on a fancy coffee machine. Now I'm hooked on this little espresso maker forever!Definitely worth the buy!
