Chinese Lucky Cat. Waving Cat. Maneki Neko good luck. WHITE, Medium (10x6x15cm)

For scale, this is how large the big one is (see pic). I think they are made by stripping down the common gold ones and then repainting- although this is just a guess on my part. However, if you are wondering as to how heavy they are or what they are made of, then it is helpful to know they feel exactly like the gold ones (also pictured here). I’ve given it 5 stars because the matt finish is lovely and modern and to a high spec and the waving arm mechanism works well.

Bought one of these in black for my Mum as a Christmas gift. We all love cats and have a real fondness for the black variety, so this item was a perfect choice. Very well made and once a battery is inserted it waves it's little heart out! My Mum loved it so much I had to get her another one. So now we have a pair and a very pleased Mum.

Very cute idea, such a shame about the quality. The waving mechanism just didn’t function at all. The paintwork was also chipped on arrival, apparently due to the cheap metal tag that’s around it’s neck. It did arrive on time, but I had to return it immediately.

Bought as a gift for my partner, who loved it. Looks a lot higher quality than some other lucky cats. Comes with a guide to what all the different coloured versions symbolise which is a nice touch

Love my lucky cat! I got mine in black-It’s made of very light plastic but it’s really nicely done & looks more solid. Works fine (though it’s only been a couple of days!) & looks great!
