Spigen Liquid Crystal (Air) Designed for Samsung Galaxy S10 Case (2019) - Crystal Clear

This is the 3rd spigen clear case that I bought for my Samsung Galaxy S10. I first bought the Ultra Hybrid Clear Case in Dec 2019. (that is the case that turned brown on the right hand side in the photos)Then in August 2020, I decided to buy the same case again and also the Liquid Crystal clear case(the phone on the left that turned slightly yellowish-green)The case in the middle is the new Ultra Hybrid case from Aug 2020. I have not used it yet. This is to compare what a brand new case looks like vs a case that is 10months old and one that is (as of today oct 28 2020) almost 3 months oldI am very careful with all of my phones. For example, I have an old iphone 4 that looks brand new and has no scratches on the screen at all. I rarely ever drop my phones and always have a screen protector and a case on them.The spigen case is one of the best clear cases that are not too bulky, and also do a great job protecting the phone.This past summer I was at a bbq, and while I was sitting in the lawn chair, my phone slipped out of my pocket and onto the concrete. I totally freaked out! I thought for sure my screen was cracked. But nope..not at all. The case saved it. The case I had at the time was the Ultra HybridSo in terms of protection - I give both of these cases 5 stars.In terms of aesthetic quality - I give it a 2 or 3. The reason is - the clear case changes colour. I don't know if it has to do with the composition of the material or what. But I have noticed that all clear cases turn colour. Doesn't matter what brand.It's just something you have to accept. I don't believe the claims where manufacturers say that it won't turn yellow.My pictures are proof that they will change colour. Daily in my pocket (jeans, jogging pants, shorts, etc...)I do not use any type of clorox or lysol wipes on them. I have a phone soap ultraviolet device that removes bacteria and germs from my phones.And if there are any smudges, I just use a dab of water and a microfiber cloth to wipe it down.So I do not understand why these cases always turn colour.Perhaps someone at Spigen can answer this for me.If you are buying a clear case from Spigen, just know thata) it will protect your phoneb) it will eventually change colour

I've now bought two of these for my Galaxy S10. I love it, it's the perfect amount or protection for the phone. I've dropped it several times, on the face of the phone even, and it hasn't broken.I will say though - look at my first picture. This is the comparison between my 2 year old case and the brand new one. It WILL yellow over time, especially if the phone gets hot, which it does. So if that's a problem for you, skip this case.

This case is not designed for drop protection. It is designed to maintain the original look of your phone without adding bulk, but still protecting from every day bumps and scrapes. This case will not likely save your phone from breaking after a 10 foot drop, but it will save your phone from small scratches and scrapes from every day use. It will help from short falls as well, but I wouldn't recommend buying this case for real drop protection. Buy this case for when you want to show off that beautiful new phone you just bought, but don't want the risks associated with not using any case.I will say that is case is better quality than others I have tried with similar designs-it is more rigid than other clear TPU cases but still flexible and adds a good amount of grip to the phone. I like it and will use it often.

This case is pretty standard. Thickness and rigidity are good. The upper and lower part of the case are actually coming higher than the screen, which makes putting the phone face down safe enough. I had another clearclase Spigen case before, but it became yellow in a bout a year of use, so this one is its replacement. I would expect to get yellow within a year also since it seems it is the same material as the previous one I got.

The phone is really good. Feels and looks like new. There was a circle of adhesive on the back that I assume was either used for maintenance or remnants of a pop socket. The phone does not come with a sim so be prepared to take it to your carrier if you don't have an extra one. Lastly, the charger that came with the phone did not work. It was literally a knock off charger with faded symbols on it. Luckily I bought an official fast charger from Samsung but I was not happy with the one included.Overall I am happy with the product despite some inconveniences.

This case is the perfect thickness that doesn't add bulk to your phone, but makes it enough to grip. Going from my GS10 without a case to this makes it much friendlier to use.The clearness of this case keeps the beauty of the GS10 while protecting it from scratches. I'm not sure this would help with far drops but definitely would for short ones.I appreciate the buttons and proper size cutouts.The only issue I have with this case is a slight white mark where they must've injected the mold in the bottom right corner. Would be nice to see slightly better construction.Additional notes: the case does raise your screen above a surface as to prevent display scratches.

Does what it says, fits perfectly, slim profile, clear so my wife can admire the pearlescent backing of her phone. 4 instead of 5 simply because the front lips to keep the screen from faceplanting could stand to be a couple mm larger, but that may be more preference. Spigen covers have always been immensily reliable and butt saving for me. My last phone lasted 6 years because of Spigen! I have dropped that phone so so so much and it still was darn near flawless.good case.

Exactly what I was looking for. I have the flamingo pink s10 and I was looking for a crystal clear case... what's the point of getting a colored phone if you cover it up? Anyway, it's clear and thin and lightweight.I'm not sure it will provide any significant protection if dropped, I hope not to find out. It also appears to be flush with the screen so I'm not sure there's any protection there.It's just a simple cover for basic protection.

I've had Spigen cases on a number of phones over the years and they've always been decent, and I'm pleased that their new case for the S10 is no different. The slim minimalist design detracts as little as possible from the phone's aesthetic and is best for everyday use, though with any case of this slim form factor I wouldn't rate it for drops.The case has a smooth yet reassuringly grippy feel (ideal to stop you dropping it in the first place), raised tactile covered buttons, a dot matrix rear inner face to stop that blotchy effect, and fairly generous cutouts for the ports. It's also a snug fit, which hopefully should keep dust from getting between phone and case.The case also protrudes slightly over the top and bottom of the phone only (not the sides due to the edge display), which raises the screen about 1.5mm above any flat surface it is laid on.Overall a good quality case. Recommended.

This cover is transparent so my shiny metallic green smartphone can still be admired and I can confirm that having accidentally dropped my smartphone at least three times it is still undamagewd and working.Admittedly it was dropped indoors onto laminate flooring but still did well to protect the phone. Now dropping it on a harder surface will be the real test and I will post an update if it ever happens............but hope it doesn't :-)

Ive used spigen liquid crystal cases on my phones over the last 4 years and they are absolutely excellent. Perfect fit, cut outs are exactly correct, grip and quality is second to none. They stay clear without going yellow for longer than anyothers. I tried ESR clear case when i bought my Galaxy S10 but it need fit as snug and went yellow in 6 weeks. So i ordered spigen again. I wont bother lookung else where again and the price is even cheaper with spigen despite them being the best quality.

Generally I like Spigen cases and this one will keep the general look of your phone without adding too much bulk, but that's all I can say positive about it. It doesn't feel like it will add much protection if dropped. This case has a slight production imperfection on the bottom right which is annoying to touch. It's still a bit slippy in the hand. Admittedly, this case is one of the cheaper spigen ones I've seen, but that shouldn't give them the go ahead to stamp where they are based, where the case was made and what looks like a product number up the side of the case. I only have this a couple of days and I've already replaced it.

I have always held Spigen cases to the highest esteem and so the first thing I did when I got my brand new galaxy s10 was to buy a "good quality" cover and not one of those "cheap" Chinese ones... And yet, the phone has dropped twice, and the back cracked! A one month old phone, cracked!! I would understand the unprotected front screen cracking, but not the back. My previous phone (a galaxy s7 edge) was wearing a "cheap Chinese" cover for 3 years, which even yellowed with time, but despite numerous drops the back has remained intact all these years. The Spigen case is quite rigid, not very elastic or "bouncy", which I found odd but assumed they must know something. Obviously I was wrong... Very disappointed and upset....!
