I initially bought this for one space but it was too large for that corner so I hung it in the bathroom. It looks a bit crooked in the photos but it looks great in real life.Someone posted a comment ad video saying the shelves aren’t sturdy and stuff falls off but I notice that person hung this from the ceiling. It’s supposed to be hung from the wall only. It works great and is strong

Super cute and functional! I read through the bad and good reviews. Some of the good reviews pointed out that the bad ones may have had user error, so I decided to try it. It is lightweight, so don't put anything extremely heavy on it! Duh! There were no installation instructions, which was frustrating. It came with a screening hook and I think some wall mount things. I ended up using a command hook because I'm not supposed to drill in my apartment. So far it seems to be working great. You MUST move it around in the corner of your wall to find the best point for it to balance out. DO NOT touch the knots, they are properly placed. Yes, if you put things on the front edge it will fall. Just...don't do that? I love it so far, it matched my room's aesthetic and keeps things off my bedside table. If it falls or otherwise malfunctions, I will be back to update!

Some good things: The sisal cord is thick - it will last for years. I appreciate how cool-looking it is.But some bad things too: You can't put things right on the front of the shelves because they will tip and your things will fall off. But I should have expected that - it's just the laws of physics. The biggest thing was the installation - I couldn't do it myself and had to ask my husband for help because of the wall anchor which I don't know how to use.

I live on a houseboat, I have very little storage. I got this to put in the corner of my bathroom and it's perfect! The color matches my wood panel walls, it was SUPER simple to install and it holds the extra stuff really well. I don't put anything particularly heavy on it and I've never had an issue. The rope helps it fit in with the boat thing, and it appears to be real wood. This was great!

I was concerned after I ordered this shelf because of all the complaints about it not being level. When I opened it, I thought the same thing and then read the insert that came with it. If those people would've read that, they probably wouldn't have had a problem. When you pull it out, it WILL be uneven, the hook it comes with is NOT meant to screw into the ceiling, but rather the wall and then it levels itself out..... DO NOT try and redo the knots!!!!

Some people have reviewed that it is not sturdy. No, you are not putting a lot of weight on this. However, if installed correctly, it works great. It needs to be wedged into a corner wall to stabilize it. You can see that in my picture. They tell you to mount it on the side wall but I found it easier and better to mount it to ceiling if that height works for you. Obviously not if you have a cathedral ceiling. I have a good sized picture frame and other objects and it does slant a little but this has been hanging for over a year now with no issues. The key is balance and making sure you place the objects carefully.

I wanted to like this so bad. It’s a really cute set of shelves, but not one of the three shelves were level. I installed it correctly, but whoever assembled it didn’t make sure the shelves were flat above the knots. The shelves also moved a LOT because there were only knots on the bottom but not the top. I didn’t like that it has to be installed the way it said rather than hanging from a ceiling (you’re supposed to put the hook in the side of a wall, not above on the ceiling). Was very lightweight which was good, but also another reason it shifted so much. Really wanted to use this for plants but returned because I knew it would have fallen.

Looks great, it doesn't slant if you install it properly. Unfortunately I don't have the proper drill to manage that so mine is slanting, but that's just my own fault. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's pretty much for light decoration, I have a couple books on the top shelf and a plant on the bottom, it's holding up well even though it's not installed correctly.
