A great grill so far
A great grill so far. We just replaced our old grill with us and have used it once since...so far my husband gives a thumbs up. I love the fact that the buttons light up and they even turn red when they are actually on so you can remember to turn them off. Just be sure that you receive the propane regulator. The nozzle that comes with the grill is a strange size and will probably not fit your old one. I called the company and they sent me one quickly so that was great. Happy with the purchase

Great equipment, but its 30" not 25.5" wide
The Napoleon Grill looks to be an awesome piece of equipment, but the online description is incorrect. The drop-in size it 30 inches, not 25.5 inches. The vendor Spotix did offer a refund but didn't refund the shipping even though the description mistake is no fault of mine. I would say I am extremely dissatisfied with the purchase! Doesn't fit, fortunately I found a buyer otherwise I would have been stuck with it!

Great Grill
This thing is awesome and I never thought I would love the rotisserie function as much as I do. We use it all the time. Nice even heat and it was easy to assemble and install.

ONE OF THE BEST ON THE MARKET
Great deal shipping was free compared to buying at a gas grill dealer saved $200.00 pays for your Prime...Cooked steaks after seasoning it up the day before turned out amazing. Only complaint is on the patio version it comes with the searing station on the left side and the whole unit is $150.00 cheaper with it, makes no since other than that enjoy!!

Product is deficient and I cannot get customer support from Amazon or Napoleon
Bought this item for a new outdoor kitchen. Flame is not shown and does not get very hot. I’ve called Amazon and I’ve called Napoleon and I’ve had no resolution. Product is brand new and was installed by a reputable contractor and does not work properly

Absolutely met all expectations!!!
The packaging was excellent no chance of damage. The grill needed minimal assembly. Like the controls they were easy to use. First time grilled ribs they turned out great. Heat distributed very well and clean-up was easy.

Regulator NOT included
How do they not included a regulator with this? I get it is probably for liability ("installation only by a certified gas technician") but they could at least tell people it doesn't come with one. They did include a flexible stainless steel gas line pre-connected to the burner manifold but it does not connect to a standard propane gas grill regulator. If you search really hard, you can find a reference in the installation manual to use only a manufacturer-specified 11" water column regulator but the Napoleon web site doesn't list any. I bought one without a hose at a hardware store as well as a brass 3/8" NPT (regulator side) to flare (SS flex pipe side) adapter fitting. Make sure you get one with the correct pressure outlet. Don't get a variable/adjustable or high-pressure one.As far as the grill itself, it is pretty sturdy. The lid is well balanced and it gets rocking hot if you want it to. I've only cooked on it twice but heat distribution and temp control is a lot better than my old stand-alone Weber. Each burner auto-lights when you turn the knob and there is a separate button to ignite them if you need to. I haven't used the rotisserie yet but it is one of the main selling points for me. Can't wait to try it. Not really a fan of the wavy grill grates, but its not a deal-breaker. The warming rack appears to be chrome plated and not stainless. It is shinier and brighter than the main grates. I don't get that either. It came packaged very well but be aware the heat diffusers are hidden in the corner of one of the boxes. The installation instructions are minimal and somewhat stupid (try to figure out the wind block installation pictogram) and the website video is only marginally better. The electronics boxes have magnets attached which make it nice to attach to the steel stud framing I used. Make sure you pull the battery box connection wire all the way out of the grill control knob area before connecting it to the battery box. If it passes in front of the drip tray, you didn't get it all out. Also, be aware the grill doesn't actually get fastened to anything. It just rests in the opening and is not supported underneath anywhere, just on the sides. There is at least 1/4" of play on either side so the opening dimensions do not have to be 100% exact.
