Novoflex Adapter for Olympus OM Lenses to Micro Four Thirds Body (MFT/OM)

This adapter is expensive, but it is worth it, in particular if you have a number of lenses that will fit to it. Unlike some cheaper adapters, it is obviously manufactured to very close tolerances, as lenses attach easily but firmly to it, and the same applies when attaching the adapter to the camera. Not too tight, not too loose, but just right.

Unless you specifically need the Metabones Speed Booster for its internal lens to help widen the field of view, you should never bother with any other lens adapter except a Novoflex brand. In typical German engineering fashion, this adapter is extremely well manufactured with very tight tolerances. However unlike Fotodiox or Metabones mounting the adapter to the camera body and lens is glass smooth and rock-solid. I specifically purchased this to mount Olympus OM series lenses to my new Fuji X-T2. I couldn't be happier with the performance of the adapter and of course the lenses themselves. If you ever see a review with negative information about a Novoflex adapter, either that person has no clue how to properly use it or it is a very rare manufacturing defect. Purchase one of these and be happy.

This "adapter" is quite fantastic. I was hesitant to spend the extra cash (as anyone should be), especially over the cost of the Olympus adapter, but I must say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. I shoot almost exclusively with Zuiko OM lenses, and it always felt a bit janky on my Fotodiox adapter. The lens would wobble at the lens and body mount, and you could feel it when zooming heavier lenses, and even focusing . This "adapter" on the other hand is nothing like that!This chunk of brass acts as an extender of the camera body itself. There is ZERO SLOP OR MOVEMENT at the camera or lens, and the internal bellows are a very classy touch. My only gripe is that it could come with some caps for the price, and I could do without some of the branding. However, I do not see this spending much time OFF my camera!

Fits my A7 perfectly. Very little play in it at all. If you’ve got some vintage glass this is the best bang for your buck.

The adapter that I received would not mount on my Olympus OM-D. I returned it for a refund and purchased the Olympus model that works like a champ.

For me, the Novoflex FUX/OM is a replacement (for me) for a few other adapters available here on Amazon and other listed on Internet retail stores. The Novoflex FUX/OM is a replacement for one other adapter I have obtained (and returned) that is sold on Amazon.The Novoflex FUX/OM adapter is exceptional. The quality of fit, finish and material is equal to or above that of many high quality camera manufacturers. There is a quality difference between the FUX/OM and the other products manufactured in Asian countries. The Novoflex FUX/OM is engineered and manufactured in Germany.The fit with the OM lenses is perfect, precise, solid... The fit with the Fujifilm camera mount is equally perfect, precise, and solid. The finish, precision details are of exceptional quality. First experience with mounting the OM 35mm SLR full frame lenses to the Fujifilm camera mount prove to be perfect.The Novoflex FUX/OM adapter is more expensive than the other Asian manufactured adapters, albeit appear to be well worth the quality, fit, and finish. The $20~30.00 adapters are not of high quality comparatively and those low cost adapters are poorly manufactured. The first cheap adapter I received was either used (sold as new) or handled poorly during manufacture, plus the fit, finish and quality all sub-par.In the end, I have the Novoflex FUX/OM adapter and could not be more pleased by the fit, finish, engineering, design and quality.

Expensive, but worth it. Buttery smooth mounting, zero play or wobble, due to exacting tolerances. While you can get other adapters for a fraction of the price, the play, wobble and loose tolerances will compromise image quality. With Sony A7R3 camera using magnified manual focus to get incredible focusing accuracy, my decades old OM lenses exhibit biting sharpness with a bit lower contrast than modern lenses for photos that are less clinical, but have more character.

Dieser Adapter kommt überaus hochwertig gefertigt und vermittelt einenEindruck höchster Qualität. Passt exakt auf meine Fuji X-E2 und nimmtauch die Objektive exakt auf.Da bei solchen Adaptern oft eine "unendlich" Einstellung der Objektivenicht möglich ist, hat der Hersteller hier offenbar auf Nummer Sicher gesetztund ermöglicht bei all meinen 5 Olympus OM Objektiven eine Einstellungüber "unendlich" hinaus.Das mag den einen oder anderen Nutzer nicht stören, ich habe diesen dochdeutlich teureren Adapter jedoch bestellt, weil mich dieser Umstand schon beieinigen günstigeren Adpatern gestört hatte und ich mir von diesem hier einenanderen Effekt erhoffte. Auch wollte ich dieses hochwertige Produkt nichtso wie einen billigen Vorgänger aufschrauben und mittels eingelegter Foliedas Auflagemass passend justieren. Dazu war er mir zu teuer und ging zurück.Schade, für andere Objektive und Kameras habe ich über den NOVOFLEXnur Begeisterung vernommen.

Nicht ganz billig, aber passt perfekt. Habe mir für meine Zeiss und Canon Objektive danach Adapter anderer Marken gekauft für deutlich!!! weniger Geld. Muss sagen: die tun ihren Job auch einwandfrei. Allerdings ist der Novoflex schon spürbar hochwertiger. An der Funktion gibt's aber auch bei den anderen nichts zu bemängeln. Und sollte einer mal nicht passen, kann man ja immer noch umtauschen. In diesem Sinne: perfektes Produkt von Novoflex - hab's mir aber nur einmal "geleistet" und bin mit den billigen Alternativen ebenso zufrieden.

Der Adapter erfüllt nicht nur seinen Zweck, er sitzt perfekt, nicht zu leicht und absolut nicht zu schwer, kein Wackeln am Bajonett wie bei manchem anderen Produkt, eines anderen Herstellers, das ich zusätzlich noch habe.Der Adapter passt nicht nur bestens, er sieht auch richtig qualitativ aus, ein aus meiner Sicht, schönes Stück Metall (ist im Grunde mehrteilig), welches edel wirkt und optisch ausstrahlt was es technisch ist, mehr als nur ein Stück Metall eben.Der Preis ist sehr stolz, er könnte gerne etwas geringer sein, dennoch, das Produkt dem würdig.

Nach dem ich mir schon FD Adapter aus gleichem Hause zugelegt habe musste jetzt auch noch die Variante für das OM-Bajonett her.Auch hier wieder der Unterschied zum vorher gekauften K&F Adapter: Unendlicheinstellung dort komplett daneben , hier einwandfrei einstellbar.

sebbene non economicissimo lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono un ottimo adattatore per ottiche OM su Sony E mount. Stabile, tolleranze corrette, nessun riflesso interno, leggero, stringe senza serrare.. che dire di più prendetelo se pensate come e di usare spesso queste ottiche.
