Not for large boned people
The bracelet is a bit small, and cannot be adjusted. Pinches my wrist, but then I have a larger bone structure. Most bracelets are too tight, need 7.25- 7.5" to be comfortable, and this is only the standard 7". I bought some spacers so I could wear it.

I like the beacelwt but the problem is that it was mentioned on the description that gift was included but when I received the package there was no extra item included. Maybe they should review their description first before posting their product to the website.
