top quality, very sturdy. This is the second one I've ordered. Surprisingly easy to clean

Measure your oven. This is a very nice pan, however, I needed to bend the sides in to fit into my average sized oven. It’s not the company/pans fault. It fit as a rack, in the slots but I didn’t want to places anything heavy on it, while it hovered over the other oven racks. High quality, heavy weight, a nice pan for the cost.

What I REALLY love 😍about this [24in] product is the “Size” - in fact, it is the very BIGGEST that I could find that would fit into my oven.So, as a few reviewers here have mentioned, it would be very WISE 🦉to Measure📏 your oven (1st), BEFORE you order this.So (as stated) I am “mostly” Happy 😆 with this product (as I can cook a TON of Ribs - in fact, a Whopping THREE racks, all at one time 👍).My ONLY downer is that I’m not sure what the “Rack” is made of (???)Using a Magnet 🧲 you will definitely confirm that the baking sheet (itself) is indeed STEEL, but, the rack itself shows NO reaction to a magnet.So this essentially means that the rack (itself) is NOT made of Steel 🤬 (Aluminum???🤔 - I don’t know 🤷‍♂️)Otherwise, all things considered, the sheet itself is still a good buy 👍

Spatchcocked a 17.5lb bird with ease directly on pan for Thanksgiving. Clean up from 425F/400F roast wasn't bad. Would reccomend to anyone looking to have their turkey done in under 2hrs!

For Thanksgiving I made a 20lb spatchcocked turkey and I bought this pan to do it on. It worked great. The pan was the maximum size that could fit in my oven, and held the bird completely. I will definitely be using this for all my turkeys moving forward. I was able to get the pan with bird in and out of my oven, the pan was pretty sturdy. Sorry I didn't think to take a picture of the turkey on the pan, but you can clearly see how big that bird was.

Be aware it is as wide as your standard oven but thats what I wanted. Great quality

The baking sheet is not as sturdy as expected. It has a tendency to flex with heat. For example, I was baking some cream puffs in an oven of 475°F ... with a few minutes the high temperature caused the sheet to warp a twist in the oven. The abrupt flex caused the pastries to fall and I lost the entire batch. It's easy to clean, but I just don't use it for anything that would require higher temperatures.
