I very rarely write a review but in this case I felt compelled that I needed to do so especially after the review I just read upon seeing my second fireplace fence brake.In my case I purchased the same fence thinking it was two different ones but when I got the box found it to be from the same company. The first time it was cracked as I was pulling the fence open. The second time it was fine until I wanted to rebuild the fence with the door at a different location. Once I did this I than tried to shape it so it would be in the right angle with the newly positioned door.Unfortunately this time the break was on the plastic piece that has a spring pushed into it. This piece broke so the spring and that small plastic piece came out of the hole. I tried to put it back in again to make it work and it would be somewhat ok at one angle but fall right out when bent further.Lastly I decided to try and super glue the ting in place hoping that might resolve it. This made it worse. I know I made things worse because I didn't realize the super glue dripped down to the connecting feet so when I tried to test it out the bottom plastic piece broke do to the fact super glue got into the connectors.That wasn't the copanies fault in regards to the further breakage but the initial that made me think I could super glue it was. I probably could have taken it back to Amazon if I didn't butcher it with super glue since it was withint he 30 day return policy but I am sure I voided the warranty with the "fixes" so I will be purchasing another fence but definitely not by this company. I guess it is as they say you get what you pay for and after one return and then a second break I am with the other one star reviewer. It isn't even worth 1 star.

Upon opening box and setting up product 2 panels broke so only 3 panels are usable. Ive bought this product 3 times and each time the product broke or it was damanged. I will not be buying this product again. Now I'll have to purchase another gate to keep my toddler from the fire place.

Very sturdy and well made.

This product was completely broken when we unboxed it.
