Inexpensive and Works Very Well but Definitely Exercises Your Hand
I had to clear water from the rain gutter. The hardware store sold me a shaker siphon pump that was supposed to make things easy. Unfortunately, the shaker siphon pump would not move the water no matter how hard I would shake it. I guess there wasn't enough volume of water for the shaker siphon pump? The Luigi's siphon pump cost me less than half of what I paid for the shaker siphon pump. It worked as soon as I started pump the device. It is quite a workout for your hand but it gets the job done quick.

Handy Tool That Makes Liquid Transfers Effortless!
I recently picked up Luigi’s Siphon Pump, and I have to say—it’s one of those simple tools that makes you wonder why you didn’t get it sooner. Whether you’re moving water, gasoline, or other liquids, this pump does the job quickly and without the mess. The design is straightforward but very effective. Just a few squeezes of the hand pump and the liquid starts flowing smoothly—no more awkward tilting of heavy containers or worrying about spills. I’ve used it to transfer fuel into my lawn mower, empty out water from a container, and even move some old gas from a jerry can, and it worked flawlessly every time. The hose is long enough to reach comfortably, and the suction power is surprisingly strong for such a lightweight tool. What I really appreciate is its versatility. It’s not just for gasoline—it works for water, alcohol, and other liquids as well. For anyone who does yard work, camping, or just needs a reliable way to transfer liquids without lifting and spilling, this pump is a lifesaver. Plus, it’s compact enough to keep in the garage or even in the car for emergencies. In short, Luigi’s Siphon Pump is simple, sturdy, and super convenient. It saves time, prevents messes, and makes an annoying task much easier. Definitely a must-have tool for around the house, garage, or on the go!

Inexpensive and good for very small jobs
No directions included but not hard to figure out. Simple, inexpensive, does the job. I wish the delivery tube was longer, this product limits what you can transfer liquid from/to because of the length of the tubing. Good for siphoning gas out of lawn mowers and small power equipment but not for pulling gas from automobiles or anything else big

Simple but effective
I needed a siphon pump to drain water from a fountain to store it for the winter. The pump worked as expected and completed the job. I don't anticipate needing it again for a year so it won't get much use. So my one-time use was good.

Terrible product
Really bad product. First time I used it about 1/2 way through a 5 gal gas can, the valve kept sticking open so you could not get the pump to suck the gas up. Also, the hose is not long enough to use to pump gas into a car. I had to get a step ladder to bring in close enough.

A bit leaky, but it gets the job done.
This isn't the greatest tool to transfer liquid, but it does work and it is cheap. I needed to transfer 45 gallons of gasoline that was contaminated with water and rust. The good: 1) It doesn't break down when exposed to gas (some others do). 2) It is easy enough to get started. The squeeze bulb will move the liquid through. The bad: 1) It is hard to extend the lines and the lines are short. Any extension needs to be air tight or you can't get a good siphon going. 2) The valve itself with any sideways pressure will leak some air, killing the siphon. So, overall, it was a messy, tough way to move 45 gallons of fuel, but it did the job.

Basic but effective
Basic but effective. Bought it to replace the one that came with my Water Rower (I lost it), and it seems more or less identical. It let me empty the rower tank and refill it with fresh water. Just like the original pump for the Water Rower, it's a little awkward to do due to the location of the tank fill port, but it gets the job done.
