Nice Knife
I ordered this knife for my son-in-law for Christmas. I think he is really going to like it. Sharp design. Very smooth action opening and closing. For the price, well worth it.

Quality Knife with a Unique Style
Overall I like this QSP knife. The G10 handle is pretty much the main draw, with the unique military themed skull design. How much you like the handle graphics will go a long way in determining if this knife is for you. Aside from the skull design, it is well built with pretty smooth action, a reasonably sharp 440c steel blade, and a handy belt clip. At $40, it may seem a little steep compared to comprable knives available for a little less, but if you like the design go for it - the quality is good overall.

Decent quality/value
This is a nice little pocket knife to carry around for incidental use. It's got a decent blade that will take a sharpening. Not top-tier, by any means; but totally adequate to the kind of things you want a knife in your glove box for. The military style skull is a pretty defining feature, and limits its appeal (or perhaps enhances it - depending).
