Franco Kids Room Darkening Window Curtain Panel, 42 in x 63 in, Jurassic World

The media could not be loaded. My 2 1/2 year old son has autism. He doesn't wTch the show but he LOVES the Paw Patrol decor. When he woke up and saw the curtains, he smiled bigger than I've ever seen him smile. Then he started squealing and jumping around saying, "Happy! Happy! Happy!" It made my heart so happy. He loves the curtain, I love these curtain! (We already had one hanging so I only needed one, and accidently bought a mismatched one. The one we are reviewing is the curtain on the right.) They aren't thin and have very good window and light coverage.

I am using this as a privacy curtain on my half door in my office. It is nice and thick and has worked great for privacy.

These are nice panels, and the fabric is heavier than I expected it to be. However, the only room darkening that occurs is due to the dark colors of the curtains. I’ve had this issue with other curtains for my son’s room, and have come up with a work-around to make his room darker. I bought blackout panels to go behind the curtains, and then installed grommets on the curtains so that the curtains and blackout panels could be hung on the same curtain rod. You can get simple grommets and a budget grommet setter online (I got mine at Rowley DIY, but I’m sure there are other places that have them), and it doesn’t require specialized sewing or crafting knowledge to install them (though I found a guide at JoAnn fabric helpful for planning grommet spacing). I didn’t pay a lot of attention to how long the panels were, and they’re not full-length panels so my blackout shades are hanging below the curtains. But my son loves them, and his room is dark, so I’m happy with them.

I have to steam the creases out of these, but overall, these are AWESOME!! The graphics are clear and true in color. Great length and width and fit the window perfectly. Material is not sheer and blocks the light pretty well. My son loves them and I am very happy with them! Definitely a quality product. You will not be disappointed!!

Got these for my 4 year olds room. They look great! Not as darkening as his previous black out curtains, but these do not claim to be black out, only darkening which are two different things to me. If you have blinds on the window, the room will be sufficiently dark even for daytime naps. My son has no trouble falling asleep with the amount of light that does come through. The picture looks nice and my son loves them.One order includes 1 panel, despite what some people say in the faq section. If you want 2 panels, you need to add this to your cart twice.

As the title says, my kid likes these. They're not quite room darkening as I'd like, however. The material is of reasonable quality, but not dense enough or thick enough to block the indirect light from the street lights at night. I'd estimate that these are between semi sheer and room darkening.
