Metal Masquerade Mask for Women - Crown Style Mask with Rhinestones for Mardi Gras, Prom, Halloween, Venetian & Costume Party

This mask is beautiful! All rhinestones in place, and they don't look cheesy at all. The mask bends easily to fit my face, but not so easily that it will warp while wearing it. It's already pre-molded to a point, so you won't have to worry about too much bending.I found the ribbons to be placed in an odd spot - I would have to put the ribbon under my ears instead of over to tie into place, but I will cut them off and place them up higher (I may actually be able to braid them into my hair). As it is right now, the ribbons are very close to the bottom edge of the mask. That's the reason for a star taken off - the ribbons on my mask are much lower than what is in the picture, but it's an easy fix. Having said that, I think the white ribbon looks really good with the silver of the mask and the clear rhinestonesMy cheeks are 'chubby' so I had to bend the bottom a bit to keep it from digging in when I smile. Just be careful when shaping. It's metal, but it gives quickly. Slow and steady!Word of advice when opening the mask from the plastic bag that it's in. The bag is vacuum sealed. To keep from bending parts of the mask before you're ready to bend them, I recommend cutting the bag open and around with scissors and carefully peeling the bag away from the mask

I recently purchased this mask to wear to a costume party. I wanted something that would look nice, but also be inexpensive. For the price I paid and the fact that its made in china, I'm impressed. This mask is absolutely beautiful and of a nicer quality than I would have expected. I'm going to hang it on the wall after I wear it.Its lightweight, the ribbon looks like it won't fray right away, the stones are sparkly and brightly colored, and the metal filigree is detailed and symmetrical with clean edges. This mask is bendable like it says, but delicate so I'd recommend bending it carefully. As a personal preference, I'm going to add some little adhesive pads from the craft store to the back (where ever I can find spots that won't show) just to hold it farther away from my eyes. If you're crafty and would prefer an elastic band, the ribbon would be easy to cut off and replace (its not actually glued to the mask, its looped through a hole and glued to itself).Five big glowing stars. I'm even a little tempted to buy a few of the other styles to hang on the wall next to it.

nice mask, it is only solid silver, for those wondering, al the different shades you see in the photo are not on the item i received. looks very nice, got compliments from lots of people. was worn outdoors for a number of hours in teh winter and it was quite comfortable, though due to the snow we had all day it was rather cold! 2 stones fell off by the end of the evening, but i'm hoping i will find something to replace it. i think it is wearable missing them too, but not optimal. it fit my face well, the tie stayed closed. it did losen a bit over time, but it was easy to open and retie. teh forhead part in the front would not lay against my skin, but i dont think anyone noticed or that it made a difference, but if it does matter to you you may want to double check that.

Beautiful mask. This is my second metal mask and I love them because I can bend them to fit my face better than the plastic ones.HOWEVER, this mask is solid SILVER. The picture makes it look like it has black on the edges but it does not. I needed the mask in a hurry or else I would have asked for sure even though the description did say silver. You can't always be sure. Also make sure you are handy with a glue gun cause about 75% of the crystals fell off. After reading other reviews I expected that and being a crafty person it didn't bother me, but if you are looking for something to wear immediately out of the packaging you may not be able to with this style mask. Also because Amazon fulfilled the order it did arrive in an Amazon box, not just plastic packaging like others have mentioned.

I am a card carrying member of The WhoDat Nation (native Nola) - so this was perfect for #BoycottBowl on 2.3.2019 in New Orleans! I wore this mask all day long, from 9am to 9pm, only taking it off to sit and eat at Meril's. It was super light, comfortable, no sweating or digging, and lots of compliments. Even made it to the news! The only thing I needed to do was fill in the black lines with a sharpie. Although they were there and more vintage worn looking, I wanted them to be solid so you could see my Black & Gold. Definitely worth the cost. I'll be wearing it again for Mardi Gras on a Bourbon Street balcony (my cousin's bar) in a month from tomorrow! You won't go wrong with this one!!

I love this mask. I purchased it for a Mardi Gras party, and it was a huge hit. In fact, I wore it to two parties and lunch at Heaven on Seven on Fat Tuesday 2014, and I never grew tired of it. It is well constructed, very detailed and the black and red is beautiful together, especially the red rhinestones that appear to be an eyebrow - really pops. Once I received it, I adjusted it to mold to my face, and it stayed on the whole night and was not uncomfortable. I don't like masks that you have to take off sometime during your event. I was able to eat, drink, breathe AND look fabulous. I wish I could post a photo, because that would really show how desirable this mask really is... go for it. Buy it.

The mask is beautiful and as pictured. It fits right and looks gorgeous.Unfortunately it was the only thing in the box (no shipping material) and placed face down so the stones rubbed on the bottom of the box every time it was shifted in transit and some of them wore right through the plastic packaging. Surprisingly this didn't do much damage to the stones except the large stone under the right eye dislodged and was loose in the box when it arrived.Since the mask is all black with blue stones the empty gold cup that held the stone is very noticeable. If I re-set the stone with any glue that doesn't dry completely transparent it will also be very noticeable. Would have given 5 stars if a little paper or something had protected it.
