Wobbly at first
I am NOT a skater, I just wanted something to get me to and from school faster than walking, without having to lug a huge longboard around. This cruiser fits in my gym lockers which is great, and it seems sturdy. I had to tighten the trucks a lot before really learning to ride it as it was very wobbly, but i think thats pretty typical for these things.Im a very long legged-awkward body type with little coordination and yes I fell off of this A LOT but now that I've had it for a couple months I've gotten much better.BE AWARE of rocks and large cracks/lips in the sidewalk/street, its a cruiser but its still a smaller board and you can easily get caught on large objects if you're not going fast enough or if you're not paying attention

fantastic!!
this is one of the best if not the best smaller skateboards. i wanted something like a penny board, but didn’t want the cheap plasticy feel. this is perfect. 24 inches means it fits in any suitcase, it’s very light and easy to carry and pick up, and it’s extremely durable. i’ve had it for almost 3 months now, and i ride it around very bumpy sidewalks and roads, it works perfectly. the only thing that i noticed that is wrong with this, is when you get it in the mail, the stock bearings are very cheap and don’t spin well. you can either replace them, or spend 10 dollars on some bones speed cream, and the board works perfectly. i would definitely recommend if you are an experienced skateboarder looking for something to travel with or even a commuter going to and from work. this would work on teaching a kid how to skateboard, but there are cheaper options out there just for learning.

mediocre quality and overpriced
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The deck was not the one I had ordered. The bearings are crap and the wheels don't spin as freely as they should for being brand new, but some WD-40 should help out. The trucks show manufacturing flaws from casting that is not structurally significant, but shows the craftsmanship. The board was for my kids to play on, which it will suffice. I do not think I would trust it for anyone older than about 10. It is equivalent to what you would expect to find at Walmart or a similar toy store. It seems like a $20-$30 product as opposed to a $65 one. For the money, I would look elsewhere.

Our favorite neighborhood cruiser
I bought it for my sons to learn some skateboard basics. We're not "skaters" by any means. We just cruise around and we only ride cheap so consider that as you read on.This board is our favorite. The sunset graphic looks great under the grip tape cut-out. It's got curved design with a slight kick at the nose that makes it easy to ride. Though the bearings say ABEC 9, they hardly spin whem you flick them by hand. (This is why I took a star from my rating. Also because there were some slight imperfections in the grip tape application -- a nickel-sized air bubble abd a little twisting under the screws.) I oiled the wheels and adjusted the axle nuts, but there wasn't much improvement. I was prepared to be disappointed until we took it for a spin. It was a smooth, enjoyable ride - even if it wasn't at top speed. We've had it for about a month now and we love this board. My son and I have had lots of fun cruising around on it. I'll get around to replacing the bearings at some point but for now it's okay. If you're a beginner or just looking for a decent quality neighnorhood cruiser, this Flybar is an excellent buy for the price.

Perfect cruiser board - Great quality and price
Love this board!! Perfect size skating around campus, and it's light and easy to carry when I need to. Ride is smooth, color and shape looks great. Fantastic quality and for the $55 price it's a deal!

Cruiser skateboard
So far I like this board. It seems like it's a good choice to ride for city sidewalks and campus grounds. I had to loosen the trucks and wheels before I tested the board out. I would suggest getting new bearings along with some speed cream. The bearings are not good whenever you guy a complete skateboard. The only thing I don't like about this cruiser skateboard is the area where the grip tape on the surface of the board. The circular logo is not covered in grip take so my foot slides on the surface whenever I'm riding.

Really happy with this purchase
I’ve had it for a week and I’ve got a couple of hours in on flat ground trying to get my skills and muscles back in skate mode. It’s a great ride, really smooth, carves great. I haven’t had any problem with wheel rub so far. Great skate for cheap.

Nice Boards !!
I ordered two of these for my grandkids, age 12 & 13. They appear to be quality boards, at least as nice as a Santa Cruz board, but without the fancy graphics, at one-half the price. However, be forewarned the wheel spin seems quite stiff at first and the wheel nuts are on way too tight and should only be loosened by an adult with the appropriate strength. I took off the wheels, lubed them with Bones Speed Cream, and put the wheels back on. Now it is near perfect. FYI, the bearings do say “ABEC 9” just as advertised and everything else seems to be just as described. There’s no reason anyone should be disappointed in buying this board at this price.

Great beginner skateboard
This skateboard is perfect for a young (8-10) beginner. It's very well constructed and excellent quality, a perfect size for someone his age, and looks great in person. It's not too much for him to start learning on, but he won't outgrow it too quickly as his size and skills develop. Highly recommended.

A Good Time on Roads
Generally, if you're buying this to get around town, it'll get you there. Pretty smooth ride, but either I'm pretty bad at riding, or the trucks are a bit loose so it's hard to control at faster speeds downhill.Overall seems to be worth the money. Final star will be added come spring if it lasts well enough.

Received different colour
My son loves this skateboard. It seems to be the perfect size. However, I received a different colour than ordered which was a bit of a let down. Also, shipping took about 3 weeks which was very frustrating.

not what you think it is
this product was not what you think. its slow and the wheels arent even euro. so honestly if your looking for something that will take you 6 ft when you push and just stops. this is the unit for you.
