This is a gorgeous laptop bag and pairs really well with a fancy plaid coat I have. It comes packaged really well with styrofoam, cardboard, and a thin fabric bag to protect it. the handles are hard and they don't bend, which I prefer, so my laptop doesn't hit me as I'm walking. It fits my 16" Macbook pro well. At first I didn't have the bottom part of the bag flattened and the bag wouldn't zip closed. But I stuck my hands in the bag and realized I needed to push the bottom of the bag down, so it was flat. Then my laptop fit perfectly. The tag says you can't wash it but you can wipe it down. Tons of pockets. Beautiful color. I recommend.
