This fan is a nice, large 52” span which is going to seem large in a smaller room/bedroom.Also, as the fan has pre-formed blades which are shaped like leaves, this won’t necessarily fit in to everyone’s home decor-wise.I got this fan to go into my granddaughter’s bedroom as it will work with her other design choices (she is 7 years old).The fan is well-built, and easy to assemble/install. I have installed many ceiling fans over the past 30 years so it is pretty similar. The newer fans like this one are a bit simpler overall when it comes to wiring as there is a remote module you put inside the cap with plug-and-play for most of the wiring.This fan does come with two lengths of down-rods in order to do a closer to the ceiling mount, or the longer rod if you have a sloped ceiling and need the extra room so the blades don’t hit the ceiling.A nice feature is the light has three color temps to choose from and is also dimmable. Color temp choices are nice as you can match other lights in the room.

This fan is such a great value for the features and looks that it provides. The leaf design on the panels of the fan are gorgeous and the efficiency of this fan is great. DC motors are much more quiet and allow for a wider range of speeds which makes this an amazing option. A big plus is the ability to reverse the flow of the fan. Since my parents are getting older I'm trying to reduce the amount of times they need to get up and down step stools or ladders. Install was easy following the directions and the LED light is plenty bright for the room.

This is quite large, which I like. I got the dark brown, which is really just cherry wood with some black grain in it, but it's really pretty and matches my bed. The light can be super bright or muted and you can choose pretty much any grade of warm white to bright white that you want. The fan blows a lot of wind, but when you put it on the highest level (it has 6), it is not quiet. I LOVE that you can control everything with the remote. (As a note, I have a double light switch in my room: one controlled the light on my previous ceiling fan and the other switch controlled the fan. Both were dimmable switches. When you put this in, one light switch controls everything and then you use the remote to dim because the dimmers on the switches will no longer work.) My only critique is that the plastic base is cheap plastic, although I do believe that the fan is durable. I absolutely love this and I recommend it. It's not only beautiful, but it really is practical for both lighting and fan purposes.

Great ceiling fan that looks wonderful in my tropical themed room. Fan is quiet and works well. I like that I can control it via remote or app though I would have liked it to be wifi and connect to Alexa. That's not as important as the looks and being a good fan and light. So far it's been wonderful and I mounted the remote so it's easily used instead of the light switch.

The PHORUS 52 Inch Tropical Ceiling Fans with Lights and Remote has leaf look shaped blades that is different from others we have used. It is a great energy saver at only 4 dollars per year estimated power consumption.

This is a decent modern fan with led lights. I think installation was easy, but I've put up quite a few fans.Everything is controlled from the remote or app. The fan has 6 speeds. The light is dimmable . Overall, I like this fan. It's nice and bright and spins fast. I just need my kids to stop using the switch and use the remote to turn off the lights so the fan will stay on.

Love the look of this ceiling fan. I had it professionally installed by an electrician so I can’t comment on the ease of installation although he seemed to make quick work of it. It’s quiet and gives off a good breeze.
