Work great for a good price
I almost bought BFR cuffs for over 100 bucks…these were a fraction of that obviously and I’m glad i did because these work JUST FINE. The premium brand I almost fell for use like a twist/click tightening/loosening system…trust me the Velcro on these here work very easily and for the price difference it’s a no brainer. The quality and stitching are very good too. Do yourself a favor if you wanna use BFR and get these for the price they are unbeatable.

Well made
These bands are working very well. They will go small enough for my little arms. Hoping it will help me grow some biceps. They are fairly comfortable, and easy to put on. And more importantly easy to get off. They have number graduations around the outside so you can make sure both arms are about the same, and hopefully see the progress I'm making

Worth the Low Cost Investment
Whether you believe in occlusion training or not or if you are just curious to see if they produce results and just need to find out for yourself, which was the case for me, these are an inexpensive way to find out. I am 58 years old and find that I can save some aches and pains in joints by not lifting heavy weights. However, I want to make gains as long as my aging body will let me. I found, by experimentation, that these bands do produce some positive benefits by allowing me to lift lighter, do more reps, and get a great pump in my arms. But try for yourself and see. The picture I have here is me, just a week or so ago, at age 58. I use the band twice per week.

amazing for workouts - easy to use
These are awesome.I feel like I'm lifting heavy weights even though I'm just doing bodyweight exercises -- and I can adjust the tightness to make things more easy or more difficult as needed.They are easy to put on and fit on me well, even though I'm on the smaller side. They will probably fit you if you are smaller, larger, or in between.They should be machine washable (they are extremely durable, however I haven't washed mine yet).The only thing to consider is they may pinch your skin, so I put them on over my shirt and pants and they are fine.

just ok .. they work... can not get around my thigh just arms ..
I am not a big person . 5'3 and 135 but could not get around my leg ... just arms. They seem to work but just ok .LB

Science + BFR bands = BIG ASS ARMS
LOVE THESE BANDS!! THEY WORK!!!! First, you must understand the basic concept of BFR bands in general....The effectiveness of blood flow restriction training is based on how your body responds to stress. When blood is allowed to enter a target muscle and prevented from leaving, the cells will begin to swell. The swelling of the cells signals “danger” to your muscles. In response, your muscle lays down new fibers and grows bigger to compensate for the extra load you’re placing on it. BFR training also increases the buildup of lactic acid in the muscle. Lactic acid stimulates IGF-1 production as well as protein synthesis, thereby increasing growth.Using BFR Bands is also great for people who have injuries because you can use a lot less weight and more reps to get the same muscle building effects as lifting super heavy.I love the thickness of these bands (at first I was worried about that) and that they don't seem to slip off my arm or scratch me with the Velcro. The results have been so impressive I actually ordered the BFR bands for your legs since my arm results have been so badass. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to add size, thickness and inches to your arms. (I Have tried a few other brands, these are the ones I like most)

Effective. Easy to use. Well made.
"Rigid" is a good name for the band. The band is thick and sturdy, does not curl from the edges. The band adjusts and releases easily. I like the basic adjustment on this band. I had also purchased the Pro X version and found it more difficult to adjust. This band is only for the arms and it definitely does the job.Be forewarned: workouts hurt! Not from the bands; from the method. The burn is intense and by the fourth rep and it is very intense. But results are great. First, watch the videos the seller provides before ever using the band. I also recommend researching using occlusion training so as to not only maximize benefit, but also to avoid injury.

Too thick
The bands are made of high quality materials but there are two issues. First, they are too wide. It’s impossible to put them on without covering a portion of your bicep. Second, the buckle design frequently results in pinched skin when you try to tighten them.

These bfr bands are short in length which precludes its use for thighs. It was wrongly mentioned in the product description that can be used for arms & legs, which isn’t true...!!

Tolle Dinger!!
Die Bänder sind stabil und sehr leicht anzuwenden. Qualität ist super. Ich habe für die Arme als auch für die Beine bestellt. Die für die Arme sind etwas zu breit aber das ist Geschmackssache. Mein Mann und benutzen Sie regelmäßig und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Training damit ist der Hammer!!!! Absolut zu empfehlen.

Great for rehabilitation when in an injured state.
I purchase both arm and leg wraps from you but have only tried the arms thus far because of knee problems. I am 49 years of age and have been training since age 11, literally 5-7 days a week. Consequently, I have a lot of injuries!More recently I have been suffering with calcific tendinitis in both shoulders. One shoulder was excruciating for several weeks and I could only move my arm a few inches. I have had some treatment and now have more movement. I have lost a lot of muscle in the bicep and shoulder area (about 4-5lbs in body weight). I thought the BFR bands would be good because they would help me rehabilitate and maintain / rebuild some muscle without taxing the tendons too much.First week in and used them on my biceps and chest and have to say I managed to get more aching in the muscle (more so the bicep because it is more direct BFR than the chest) area for a while and without causing problems elsewhere which I know heavy weights would have done (in fact, because of my shoulders I just would not be able to use a decent amount of weight to create any real stimulus). So definitely a useful tool in the tool box for rehabilitation and/or working round injuries and / or painful joints etc.
