Plenty of storage space.
I have a Canon Rebel T5i, the kit lens, a 100mm macro lens, and a 50mm lens. I also carry a laptop, a Zoom H1n handy recorder, battery charger for the camera batteries, two large USB battery packs, one smaller USB battery pack, an external hard drive, laptop charger, spare camera batteries, a small XP drawing tablet, an assortment of cables and chords, a small planner, a rocketbook, a collection of pens, a Turtle Beach Atom control for my phone, a small 8bitDo controller that looks like a Super Nintendo controller. The area intended for the camera and lenses is very accommodating. The additional pockets make it easy to carry everything and easy to access. The build quality is nice, but not as nice as the Manfrotto that it replaced. My old camera backpack had a sturdier handle and always sat upright. This one feels like it could tip over pretty easily. Over all though it offers more space than my previous backpack and it's very functional, especially for the price.

Great backpack for camera, gaming, or VR equipment
This backpack is very well made and will definitely protect anything you put in it. The materials they are used are high quality and the attention to detail is immaculate. There are tons of storage in multiple pockets with a modular set of inserts for the main pocket. The zippers are smooth with no catching and most of them have built in carabiners to lock them in place when zipped shut for extra security. This bag checks all the boxes and will allow you to carry your things with confidence.

On the go!
Perfectly fits all my gear for studio on the go. The quality is superb.! This bag is not cheaply made, better than other 'name' brands, ❤️ the shoulder straps are very comfortable.

Plenty of room but not too big.
Nice construction, big enough for my Nikon Z6 with a Nikon 28-300 zoom attached. Plenty of room for additional Len’s Batteries , charger etc. very pleased with the purchase and the price.

My most regretted purchase
Unless you have the exact items that they show in the pictures, it's useless. I guess it makes sense in the pictures, but in reality, not one bit. One easy thing that would have made it SOMEWHAT better, a stiff base. The bottom of the back pack is just the waterproof cloth. There is not one ounce of structure to the bag. Why this bag would show up in my search for "hardshell back pack" I'll never know. Not to seem like a total hater, ill give it a compliment. It has zippers on it...

Just the Right Size for Most, Excellent Quality
For my landscape and travel photography, I carry a camera and two lenses in a top loading side carry bag. I don’t typically carry my 600mm zoom but have recently been wishing I had the long lens with me. That was my reason for ordering this photo backpack. This bag is not big enough to hold a large assortment of lenses, but I think it is just right for carrying what most of us need for outdoor photography that will require some hiking. It is fabricated from a heavy ballistic nylon material that is water repellant and not easily snagged. Stitching is neat and appears strong. Fabric reinforcements strengthen key locations on the pack such as where the shoulder straps are attached. The rain cover option provides even more protection in inclement weather. The main back compartment flap opens with double medium duty zippers and folds back 180 degrees for easy access. The interior is the typical velour material over foam that hook and loop fasteners stick to. Five partitions with hook and loop fastening flaps are included to arrange and protect your equipment. My 600mm zoom can sit vertically in this section leaving room for a full frame DSL with lens attached and one additional lens on the other side. On the outside of the back are two zippered compartments that “hinge” partway open to reveal addition pouches for filters and other accessories. The bottom pouch has a hard plastic outer shell that provides good protection against impact to this pouch and to the bottom half of the main compartment. The sides and bottom of the pack do not include this sort of impact protection. A side opening on one side of the pack allows quick access to an item in the bottom of the main compartment and a similar opening in the top allows quick access to a partitioned off section in the top of the main compartment. A pocket on the other side of the bag can hold one leg of a folded tripod while straps above secure the top of the tripod in place. Even with a lightweight tripod this will put quite a bit of weight on one side of the bag, so you will want to counterweight the opposite side accordingly. Another thin full-sized zippered opening in the top front of the pack provides a pocket for your laptop. This is padded front and back and is a perfect fit for my 15” notebook computer. The surface that sits against your back is well padded and covered in a breathable mesh material. The shoulder straps are well padded and also feature the mesh material where they will contact your body. I appreciate the horizontal strap between the shoulder straps to prevent them from pulling and sliding outward. Most of the zippers feature oversized rubber handled pull straps. Key zippered compartments feature zipper pulls with integrated snap hooks to keep those compartments from being inadvertently opened. There are numerous other straps and attachment points to make the pack your own. I can find no fault with the BagSmart pack. I look forward to carrying it.This in an excellent backpack for serious photographers.
