Compact Solution
This is a great little television for small areas like under a kitchen counter or in a camper or RV. It comes with a digital TV antenna which allows you to pick up digital broadcasts. Without much effort I was able to pick up 50-55 channels in my immediate area. The back of the unit contains a slot-loading DVD player which works with both purchased and DVD-R discs of home movies. The stand was easy to assemble and the TV came with multiple adapters for connecting inputs and/or external speakers. I'm not sure why the page says "12 volt" because it only comes with a 110w wall adapter and to run it off a car's 12v system you would need a power inverter, just like any other 110w appliance. I was able to hook up a game console to the television, which worked great. Not the loudest speakers in the world but it's a 16" so it probably won't be the hub of your entertainment system. Overall, it meets my needs and we are pleased with it.

So Far So Good, Product With Potential.
I just received this mini TV. My main reason for purchasing it was I got a bit exhausted of taking my portable DVD player out every time I wanted to watch things in certain spaces. So I decided to get this nice gadget. What I like is that the DVD player is already built in so I don't have to hook one up. What I wasn't anticipating is the picture being a bit darker than I was expecting. So I had to adjust the settings a bit to be somewhat brighter. Otherwise, it's worked pretty good so far. Edit: I found out how to fix the darker picture issue. Turn the picture settings to "Vivid" and it is corrected. Update: I think I might use this TV/screen for my computer.

The sound is tinny and not of a good quality. Poor Picture Quality
This TV has a very tinny sound and doesn't sound good even when listening to the news, let alone watching a movie. The picture quality is poor. I shouldn't have set it up and thrown away the packaging before giving it a fair trial. My mistake. I would've returned it. Think twice before buying this TV.

Won’t adapt to cable remote
The picture quality is good however the sound quality leaves a lot to desire. You have to use two remotes if you hook it to a cable box
