I used this liquid rubber to seal the inside cavity of a water feature which had a crack in the bottom and continually leaked water in onto the patio. This did the trick. No more leak.

First can I ordered came with a typical paint can type lid and was satisfactory. Thick material but went on with a brush fairly well and looked OK. Unfortunately, I needed a little more to finish the area I was covering. Next can came with a different top/seal and the "paint" was so thick that it would not come out of the can! Hoping that this was a one off, I returned the can and ordered another. Same exact thing. Material was so thickened (partially cured/old?) that it would not come out of the can. I tried contacting the email on the box, but received a "unknown email/undelivered" response. I would NOT recommend this product or the company.

seals very well as a rubber when dry but it does not go on like a paint it is way to thick! I had to put it on with a putty knife and it took me way to long to get it out of the container in the first place witch in turn made it in turn even harder to apply towards the end! but one its on and dry it is fantastic. all in all though both flex seal paint and putty both apply way better and are less frustrating.

Smaller can is tiny and this product does not cover well. I bought a different brand in a different color and it covered twice as much area. It seems like this product will do the best job water proofing but it's probably only gonna cover a 4x8 sheet of plywood if you buy one small can. Buy accordingly.

Very difficult to paint on.

I bought three cans of this. The first can was so thick it was difficult to work with. The second can was great, went in smoothly and was a dream to work with. The last can was only HALF full and was so thick it came out in chunks and now I have to buy another can to finish my project. NEVER again will I buy from this company! And don’t use the enclosed brushes. First swipe it fell apart and I had to dig the brush hairs out of my project!

The product worked. I had a crack on my basement floor that allowed water to seep thru when wehad a heavy rain. The water would flow for 3 to 4 days before drying up. It does pour a bit slow, butas long as it works it's worth it.
