Magical book nook.
This was the first and only book nook I have ever put together or at least so far, it was fun putting something together by hand. It just took more time than I thought it would, but the end result is worth it.

So fun!!!
The media could not be loaded. This was such a fun project and it looks stunning! We had so much fun putting it together. This was my first one and it wasn’t too difficult. Getting the box to close at the end was probably the hardest part.Used gorilla gel super glue to hold everything together, turned out great!

Tough to assemble but absolutely beautiful!
I absolutely love this little book nook! It looks so amazing and I'm so excited to add it to my bookshelf. I wish I had 100 of them. There are so many wonderful little details, so a person could sit and examine it for a long time and always find something new and fun to look at.All of the pieces come in flat, punch out sheets that are a nice, sturdy wood/cardboard (not sure what it's made of). There's also a large sheet of stickers, which mostly little book covers. Everything punched out with no trouble. The components included are the light assembly, a tiny screwdriver, some tiny screws and some embellishments, like a marble and a witch hat, as well as a file. There is no glue included. All of the components came in a really nice plastic envelope. The instructions have a way to contact their customer service if any parts are missing or broken, which I really appreciated. The boards are not clearly marked. There are 2 boards that have the letters on them. The rest you have to look at the numbers on the parts to know which board you're on. I wrote the letters on the boards myself to help me out. I do like that all of the parts have the part number on them. That made it easier to come back to if I had to step away and had parts already punched out but not assembled. It's a beautiful book nook and I'm really really happy with it. It did take a long time to assemble and the instructions were a little tough to follow. But it was worth all of the effort.

These things are just amazing to build...
This particular model came with a screwdriver, an "auxiliary tool" on the board marked E and F, and a "file" (sandpaper). I do keep a "miniature tool" set though for my model projects (which also includes glue and clamps). I've found it's not necessary but makes it easier when you do a kit that doesn't come with everything you might need.First off - big sigh of relief - the many books are stickers - YAY! It can be a bit tedious when you have to glue 100 books. But this kit has stickers instead, which is VERY nice. One thing that can sometimes be confusing is that there might be tabs at the bottom of individual items you make that keep things from sitting flat on the floor. They are there for a reason - they will ultimately pop into the floor of the book nook. It's nice because it makes them stay without glue, but confusing at first. I always appreciate when the kits are tab kits, though. I like it when I can use less glue. That said, it also sometimes means they are snug, and when there are pieces with filigree on them or that are made to "bend" (they are cut in a special way to enable them to curve) you can accidentally break them. Just be careful, and sometimes they do have extra pieces for the pieces that are more delicate. Take care! This kit is really fun for me and I have enjoyed putting it together. Definitely recommend!
