For the price I did not realize what I have been missing. I have a 2 story home and it has extended close to the top of the roof. I am able to remove all the bugs and cob webs that have been there since I moved in.

Having really high ceilings and windows has proven to be a challenge when it comes to cleaning those up, as they are really hard to reach. Once I saw this High Reach duster kit I decided to give it a try. This kit comes with everything you may need to clean those hard to reach places. There are 3 different interchangeable types of heads that allows you to clean different surfaces and those with a little more grime than others. The pole itself is made out of some type of light metal with plastic connectors at one end that screws to the next section of the pole. This is a great feature because not only makes the pole adjustable to suit different heights but it also comes apart making it easier to store when not in use.The one thing that is a bit annoying is that the pole is not as stable once it is at its full height. I know it has to do with plain physics as the pole is just way too long and gravity wants to pull down, but I wish that somehow it was just a tiny bit more sturdier. Also, the reason why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the first time I used it, the one head detached from its based and it kept turning around, also, the wire that serves as the base for it bended so it made it a little harder to use. But overall for the price point I don't think it is a bad deal.

Bristles on product too thin to remove spider webs. Matts down and doesn’t return after 1 use. Metal wire on microfiber tool flimsy that it bends and breaks easily after 1 use. Don’t buy.

The extension pole on this duster is a life-saver! We have 18-ft. ceilings in our house, and two large ceiling fans that we only cleaned when we happened to have a our gigantic ladder out (i.e. at Christmas, decorating our tall tree). This kit makes it a LOT easier to grab cobwebs in the ceiling corners, dust high windowsills, and dust our ceiling fans, without having it be a big ordeal. The extension pole breaks down to smaller lengths for easy storage, and it's super easy to put back together. Overall, I highly recommend!

The quality of this product is not good, because the brushes are not strong, the come off easily.

This is a great product and I have been able to get a lot of cleaning done in hard to reach spots. I live in southwest Florida and like most homes here, our swimming pool is surrounded by a screen enclosure with a ceiling that is about 18 feet high. I have a ton of spiderwebs on the ceiling and I have tried to get rid of them using my garden hose and a pressure washer but the spiderwebs just keep holding on. With this tool, I am able to either wipe the spider webs away or catch them in the bristles of the brush and then twirl the brush in circles causing the webs to wrap around the brush head. Anyway--the spiderwebs are now all gone and I could not be happier! You do have to be aware of the fact that the handle is made out of hollow tubes connected end-to-end so it ends up bending a little bit due to its own weight. You could probably end up bending or breaking the handle if you put too much pressure on it but if you just use common sense, you can avoid breaking or damaging it. For the low price of twenty bucks, this has been a very useful tool and I am sure I will find a hundred other uses for it. I highly recommend this product.

Me siento satisfecha con la calidad, funcionamiento y precio. Lo único es que el accesorio circular de paño se dañó, la base que es de rosca estaba unida al accesorio que es un alambre con espuma al que se le inserta el paño, por un poco de silicón y se desprendió.

Excellent product for my high vaulted ceiling.

Our ceiling in our living area is about 4m high. I thought this brush would be too flimsy to reach that high but it works well. So much easier than climbing up a ladder. Highly recommended.
