Fantastic storage, and easy to raise and lower. A bit challenging to assemble, but very sturdy and a great buy. Would 10/10 recommend

Pleased with the look and feel of the frame and the functionality. Very displeased with the instructions which only had pictures and no written instructions. This led to missed details that caused us to have to assemble and dissemble pieces repeatedly when we realized it was supposed to go the other direction or upside down.Easily fixed if they'd put a sticker on the inner side marked inside and one sticker art the head marked head. Or this side up sticker on some pieces.As it is, all the pieces weren't even marked so we put the footboard on the headboard. Didn't realize will we had it fully assembled.So when you put this together, make sure to pay very close attention to the drawings. Each bar of the frame goes in a very specific and exact placement, turned a specific way. The many holes face up so the pegs that hold the wood slats in place can snap into them.You have to figure out which part faces the head and foot. The hole alignments didn't make this obvious until later in the assembly instructions.Also there's actually no explanation on how to attach the lifting strap. It just shows it magically attaching. We looped it and pulled it through one loop to make it secure. It'll work but no idea if that was how it was meant to be.Just overall the instructions are terrible and the parts should be more clearly labeled. Would have finished in a third of the time if the parts had a few stickers to mark up, head, inner.Removing a star for the assembly issues. Fix that and I'd give five stars. Will update in a few months.

This was such a waste of money. It came completely ruined covered in white moldy looking specks. There were no words on the instructions & half of the hardware didn’t fit. I’m beyond upset w/ this product. Especially for almost $400. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Frame not really sturdy.. I am a bigger individual, however I do NOT go over the weight limit in ANY way either and within the first 4 days of having this frame multiple support slats had already busted. The "instructions" as previously stated were absolute garbage, and all around in general this was a waste of money. I would have returned it, but by the time I was able to getting it assembled and it breaking, my window of return had closed. So seriously it's just a waste of money. Make sure you read reviews thoroughly before you buy items, especially like this!
