The clarity of the detailing on these miraculous medals is outstanding. They’re light-weight but seem very sturdy. My hand wasn’t steady enough to capture the clarity accurately in my photos.I like to make a style of rosary called “ladder to heaven” so this size worked well with 6mm beads for the Hail Mary’s and 8mm for the Our Fathers. The chain on the outside of the beads bulks it up perfectly to support this size centrepiece. For other styles of rosaries I might go with 7mm beads, or ensure if I was using 6mm that the crucifix was less than 2inches tall for balance.I will order these again.
