These rings are super sturdy and can hold my husband (200 lbs) no problem. I had trouble with the colored wrap it came with though. It kept unraveling so we just took it off.

The media could not be loaded. I got this set to try different exercises in a park. The rings are smooth; Good quality, easy to install and adjust. I'm 125 lb /56kg.So far, they are great to exercise and learn new skills- perfect for for what I need.

No complaints on these. I mounted them from the center ceiling beam of my workshop because I didn't have a decent place to put a pull-up bar. These are more versatile and fun. I haven't found the need to use the grip tape personally, but I'm also not doing major ring routines.

Do not buy. Within 2 uses one of the clips stop holding the webbing and it slides. Not usable. Returns only allowed for 30 days and broke after 45 days

These are huge, and very very long. More for a professional gymnasium than a basement gym as was intended. Good quality but I am returning as they are too big to be used.
