Great product and great customer service.

Works well
The feeder inserts are a tight squeeze and don't fit perfectly like a few other reviews stated but otherwise they work good. Hold enough food and water for our 4 chickens for several days.

Less waste
Using these kept the little chicks from getting pine shavings in their water and food. A lot less wasted food all over the floor.

Feeder holes are too small for adult chickens
The waterer works great. The feeder is MUCH too small. Even my 10 week old barred rocks had difficulties eating from it. The openings are too small and have an odd angle. I had to replace with a different feeder that has the same style but a MUCH BETTER DESIGN.

Horrible Engineering
I instantly boxed these up and returned them within an hour of getting my shipment in the mail. The food container barely fits the two spouts, and they’re literally pushed right up next to each other. I was really looking forward to having larger feed bins and water bins because I currently have the ones from the same brand that are about half of the size.I should’ve looked at the reviews because other peoples reviews also state. Some of the reviews even show how you can’t fit both spouts in at all.

Feeder ports are difficult to install, they don’t sit right.
The two feeder ports are slightly too large and press together inside forcing you to have one sit slightly sideways in order to get it in. Bad design, I mean it is in place, and it works, but I would imagine the stress on the plastic will cause it to crack over time. Very clear whoever designed it never test assembled it.

Works well
Works well. Young Chickens took to it quickly. Holes cut in feeder are too close, so the install is tight but no issues with functionality
