When it arrived the rear axle was slightly bent, which made for a bit of a bummer for the recipient as it was not immediately drivable. We purchased it through amazon and contacted the vendor through the amazon chat feature. We received the replacement part really quickly and it's still working great so far.Fast forward almost a year later, reached out again because our remote control was lost. Inquiring whether we could purchase a replacement or whether they had a recommendation for one that would work. A few days later we received the replacement in the mail.It goes up pretty steep incline on the yard with ease (with an adult standing by to make sure it won't roll). Guess fast enough to be entertaining for a youngin but not too fast. My son really likes the radio feature. Driving with some tunes on -- that's enjoyable for all ages.

My 6 year old daughter and her friends love this and drove it as much as possible. A wheel broke and I cannot find a replacement. Really need to find them since paying another $800 is not an option currently. If anyone, or the company, can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! I sent an email to the company amd received no response. It's a very cool vehicle, just wish I could get replacement parts.
