The set arrived in 4 huge boxes and everything needed to be completely put together. It was veryyyy tedious and took about an hour to put together with some tools. One of the seat cushions arrived with a white chalky looking stain and a scratch in the fabric with can easily spread or split wide open (see pic). I do not want to return the whole set but would like the cushion to be replaced. Other than that, we are very happy with the set and it was worth the $500 investment. We purchased a scotch guard & a full cover so we can use the set all year long.

Furniture is beautiful and makes a nice addition to our sunroom. It’s a bit smaller than I anticipated (that’s why only 4 stars); however, we are small people, so it works for us. Shipment was very quick. Two of three packages arrived on Saturday, and I made the seller aware. They were very courteous and re-sent the 3rd package. I received it Tuesday. Customer service is more than helpful!! Very easy to put together. I was able to assemble everything myself within two hours. Looks beautiful and will provide additional seating for hosting friends and family! I hope the furniture is durable and holds up to regular use. Cushions are not super comfy, but I plan to add additional padding. That’s an easy fix. Definitely worth the buy!

This is the perfect size for our deck. It’s actually bigger than I was anticipating and very good quality for the price. It’s comfy, sturdy and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

We bought this set based on the decent reviews and it arrived pretty fast. It was easy to put together but one of the pieces came damaged and the company replaced it no problems. The first summer season (2022) we had it, everything was fine. It held up great. We bought a cover to protect it from the sun and rain whenever not in use.The next summer (2023), all the plastic weaving part completely came apart. It was brittle, snapped into little tiny pieces when touched and completely deteriorated. We had to ghetto duck tape the whole thing to keep it from falling apart. When we messaged customer service, they told us “too bad, out of warranty.” We taped and held together what we could and still covered it with the outdoor cover.Come around to this summer, the whole this has come apart. We had friends over and the whole back side snapped and broke. For a $600+ advertised outdoor set, the quality is junk. Cushions are decent but the actual structural components do not hold up to the sun at all. Don’t buy this, the woven part is crap material tha absolutely do not hold up to the elements, even when covered whenever not in use.

I received this set late last week. Put it together on my own yesterday in a few hours. All screws require the same size (hex) drill bit, an Allen wrench is provided but that would have added years to the assembly process. Pleasantly surprised at the quality and the comfort for the price point!Is it perfect? No. I did have some trouble lining up the pieces to attach, but I ultimately got it done without too much trouble. A small portion of the wicker has come undone on the underside of the table and a few of the pieces are wobbly; I have reached out to the seller and will update if I hear back.The cushions are really nice, will probably scotch guard, and I feel like this will work for our family of 4 for a long while. I only wish a cover was included, but I will be purchasing separately so we can give this the best shot at surviving winters. I did also order some furniture clips to keep the pieces together.Shipping was fast - arrived ahead of schedule - and all boxes arrived at the same time via FedEx.

First off, I've had this set for a little over 3 years. I wanted to see how it would hold up before reviewing. In that regard, it hasn't held up like I would have hoped, but I'll get into that shortly.The PROS:Price, ease of assembly, value for your $, the price. The main positive about this set is how much more affordable it is than other sets with similar pieces.The CONS:Materials, quality control, and comfort (in areas). Overall, the set pieces have held up fairly well, all things considered. Most of the plastic wicker is still intact and maintaining its color. The main area of concern with the wicker is along the top/back of the shorter section (see pictures), where, after about 2 years, the wicker became very brittle and small pieces started to break off. Eventually, this problem expanded and led to large strips breaking off, compromising the integrity of that section of the furniture. I don't know if heat/sunlight are the primary cause of is this defect, as that area of the set is probably in direct sunlight more than the rest. The color of one small area of the wicker is rubbing off, revealing the white plastic base (see pic). Most of the sectional part is comfortable (enough), except where the metal support braces are. The small stools are rather uncomfortable to sit on.Overall, for the price, it's a pretty good set. You get what you pay for.Disclaimer: this furniture stays on my deck year-round. It is covered any time it is raining or snowing. I live in PA, so do get winters.

Got this for my decking and love it,table is great and don’t have to worry about a glass top that is on other variations of this type of set.Very comfortable and easy to set up and the value for money is superb.It helps to shop around like I did,would highly recommend this set

Having not had this long, I cannot comment on our easy it is to put together as we are waiting for the better weather before we do. We did how ever open the boxes to check all was there (everything seems to be) and the quality from what we saw is superb. I've been wanting an outside corner unit for some time, but they were either eye watering expensive, or only in grey, black with either grey or cream cushions, I wanted something different. I wouldn't say the cushions are red, not that I would have minded, but a gorgeous deep terracotta colour, with the rattan a mix of brown, dark brown and beige. Cushions are lovely, plump and thick, even straight out of box. Really loved it, and cant wait to put it together and see it on my decking, have already bought some colourful Aztec cushions to go with it, and some pots to go each side of it to be planted eventually with bright azaleas. So roll on spring!

Really lovely furniture, not complicated or tricky to assemble. Really happy with it I’ve seen many similar items for over double the price! Absolute bargain in my opinion.

This furniture has been made really well and the price is a lot more affordable. Very good instructions for ease to assemble along with extra screws and washers. We are very pleased that we chose it by the reviews it’s got. So looking forward to having the family around in the summer
