Instructions could use some work but over all easy to work on

Fabric is good quality and printing is clear and well done. There's a couple floss colors missing and a couple that there probably isn't enough for entire kit but since the DMC number is included it will be easy enough to correct from personal supplies if you are already someone who cross stitches, if not be prepared to make a trip to the craft store for a few more floss spools.

Product is finished, but not very well. Needles and threader were not included with the kit.

They printed to color key code right again't the end of the bookmark. Why couldn't they have printed it on a seperate piece of paper. How are you suppose to give it to someone like that? They didn't even enough room to cut it off. Very musch DISLIKE!!

Cross-stitch bookmarks are some of my favorite gifts for people who already have everything they need. I enjoy making them for friends in assisted living, for instance, as they take up little space.I love this kit! The flowers are beautiful yet simple so could work for beginning or advanced stitchers alike. The Aida cloth is firm, and I love that it’s already stitched around the edges so you don’t have to tape it up. After you’re done stitching, you soak the bookmarks in water for a few hours and the ink disappears, leaving just the beautiful stitching! I used to hate stamped cross-stitch as I hated the look of the stamping behind the stitching. This option is so much better, and so easy. I do like when kits have the embroidery floss pre-organized on cards, and this doesn’t have that. However, that’s a small detail, and the colors are very clear so it’s unnecessary. I can’t wait to make some gifts for friends!

I like to have something to do with my hands while I watch TV or sit outside on the porch listening to podcasts or books, so I thought this might me good to get. I was not disappointed. First of all, you get A LOT of embroidery thread and you also get a plastic divided container to keep it in. The bookmarks are stiff, which is good because this is the first time I've done cross stitch not using a frame. The edges of the bookmarks are sewn so you don't have to do anything when your are done with the embroidery (after you soak them in water to get rid of the ink) except iron them.
