Order this and it came damaged. WONDERFUL help from the seller. Opted not to keep and they refunded the money with no issues also said we don’t need to send back. Offered to send it back, not our intention to receive something for nothing. They did originally offer to immediately send out another stove. The piece looks well made and beautiful. Disappointed we couldn’t use it, unsure of the extent of the damage.

Stove looks nice, but I haven't installed it yet, I will update my review after installed.The current review is for excellent customer support.

I expected a relatively small tabletop stove with just enough room for a small pan. WOW! This cast iron wood-burning stove is beautifully crafted, true to described size, with a roomy oven and firebox, three full size top burners, and other great features. I love it.

I ordered a wood burning cook stove from these guys (they're in Turkey I guess,). DHL messed up my delivery. It was a week late and the final delivery was from someone else. The seller I spoke with "Stepnext", did everything they could to assure me I would receive my package, even getting another stove ready for shipping. We communicated daily, I almost wondered if I was being scammed but my lil' lady told me to "just wait". She was right! A week later & my beautiful stove showed up, exactly as it should have. These people make a great product & they stand behind it, wish more sellers did! I am happy with my purchase & totally recommend these guys! Thanks!
