Southern Living Annual Recipes 2017: An Entire Year of Recipes

Have collected the SL Annual Recipes since the series started in 1979. I'd give the recipes 5 stars, but the book itself seems very cheaply printed. Guess the new owners of SL aren't interested in the quality of the paper or printing. I know its the "content" that is most important, but as someone who still loves having a real book in my hands, I was disappointed.

I have purchased these Annual Southern Living Recipe Books for years, but have missed a few years lately. I'm sad that so many photos are in black and white. Might as well photocopy them. I really looked forward to cooking again but am not excited about this book.

I bought multiple copies as gifts. The print is incredibly cheap. The book is black and white photos. It looks like newspaper copy. Cheap and crummy. Would be embarrassed to give this as a gift, back they all go.

I bought this as a gift and am very disappointed. Once you get past the first few pages, the pictures are black & white and the book looks very cheaply produced. The recipes may be good but it looks terrible. I will be returning it

My Daughter will love this, I have been pre buying this for Christmas each year for a long time, its a mother daughter thing that we both love !!

I get these annual recipes every year. I love having the collection of recipes from Southern Living. I would like them to publish a current index that would make it easier to find recipes throughout all of the annual recipes cookbooks.

I would not purchase this product again. Did not like this cookbook.

I have every one of Southern Living Annual recipe collections ( beginning in 1979). They have such consistently great recipes. It is fun to use the monthly format to plan menus that take advantage of seasonal ingredients.

I usually love this cooking book and always buy the Christmas one. However, this one was a disappointment. It didn’t really have any new great recipes. The paper is recycled. The photographs are of bad quality compared to previous books. Not quite what I expected but still am happy to keep it
