The item arrived on time...it is sturdy....they included a small roll of teflon tape which I needed to use on the swivel fitting threads. Ergonomic and I really have no complaints.

It works great, interchangeable tips for different jobs. It came with a swivel between the gun and the hose. I couldn't tighten it enough to stop it from leaking so I hooked the hose directly to the spray gun and eliminated the problem.

Won't fit on my Campbell Hausfeld pressure washer but constructed real good

I searched many locations to find a hand wand that would be compatible to my older pressure washer. The original company was not offering a part. Probably because my base washer is 5 years old I felt lucky when I found this type of wand.It works and fit perfectly and also received new tips to make this repair complete.

My last gun leaked so badly that I was wetter than what I was washing. This one doesn't have a "safety" button. That made it easier to use. The soap nozzle worked. My last one didn't. I like this gun!
