Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this item. So many people moaning it was complicated screwing some nuts together (4 to be specific). The i team looks good, yeah materials are a bit cheap but what do you expect for the price. Don’t review a product negatively when spending peanuts.The product itself has a lot of room for stuff. Loads of plates, few bowls, few mugs and some cutlery.The trip tray is removable to you can wash it.Just buy it, if you don’t like it you haven’t lost out on much.

I bought this product following a kitchen refit, we needed to save a bit of space and this looked like a perfect solution. We don't use it as a dryer so much, mainly a dish rack to keep the kitchen tidy. It holds a good number of dishes and bowls at the top, and we use the bottom rack for mugs and glasses.The only problem with this product is the mug holder that it comes with on the side. It isn't secure and tends to fall off when you put a mug on it! so I've had to take it off altogether.

URGENT URGENT URGENTWe have managed to put the dish drainer together, but one of the outside screw heads (Part No. HX8) does not have an internal screw thread so will not screw onto the steel rod. PLEASE SEND ANOTHER ONE URGENTLY. Attached are three photos; 2 showing the difference between a working screw head (with internal thread), one without the internal thread and the place where it needs to go on the drainer. The drainer is unusable as it is unstable and unbalanced until the last screwhead is in place so please please SEND URGENTLY.

Easy to put together, sits well on the drainer and foes the job, Value for money

It's too lightweight. With a top shelf full of plates, it's going to be top-heavy and it's always in the back of my mind that it's all going to come crashing down one day. Admittedly that's not yet happened in six months of use, but fifteen quid for a draining rack should buy peace of mind as well.It doesn't stand up properly on a flat surface. I rectified this by wedging a bit of cardboard underneath one corner, but you shouldn't have to do this for the price.The nuts and bolts that hold it all together are very flimsy and need tightened frequently.The metal began to rust after about four months.For balance, I'll admit that the two-tier design saves a lot of space, and it looks quite nice.

A little difficult putting together but very pleased with it .

I wasn't a fan of this dish drainer - when it arrived it required some assembly - and when I had fully assembled it, I found it looked and felt a bit "cheap" and looked really out of place in my kitchen. So, I had to disassemble it, squeeze it back in the box and returned it for a refund. No problem on getting my money back.I then bought a different style of drainer which required no assembly, and is very low maintenance, and looks good too.

Product begon na een paar dagen al te roesten en roest verder ,de schroeven draaien door en zitten niet goed vast dopjes aan het eind gaan stuk, roesten en vallen eruit . Heel jammer het leek wel een goed ding te zijn op said .

Product is good, but you have to put together and i don't like the bolts that show. They are silver.Other than that a good product.
