Bought the product and I am very pleased. I recently left it on top of my car and, of course, it fell off the roof while I was driving. Once I noticed my missing phone, I went on a search. I finally hear my ringtone and located my phone, about an hour later, laying face down in a puddle in the middle of a road. I also watched a car run it over (I am sure other cars ran it over prior to me locating it or noticing it was missing). I was sure I would need a new phone. To my surprise, this phone case protected my device as good or better than some name brand, expensive, phone cases. In fact, the phone case was not significantly damaged either (just marks and scratches). The manufacturer does advised that there can be an echo-effect with the phone, and gives instructions on how to fix it, but I did not have that issue. Excellent product.Pros:-Waterproof (had fallen off my car roof and into a puddle where it sat for approximately one hour with no water damage to phone)-Shockproof (survived a fall off my car roof and being run over at least once by another vehicle)-Significantly less expensive than other name-brand casesCons:-Bulky, but the Galaxy 8 Note is already a huge phone

This is hands down the best case for a note 8. I wanted a case that covered the whole phone and didn't really care about the waterproof part until my friends dunked me into a pool. Just wipe the water off the case and that was it! No dust or water gets inside the case one bit. I did buy a second one because I listen to music often and a tiny tab to pull out the plug for the headphone jack broke off. Gave my old case to my coworker and still dust and waterproof. I have dropped my phone several times, survived dunks in water and being dropped in the dirt and a year later still looks and works like brand new!

Complete coverage for shockproof, water resistant case. Very pleased with purchase.

Fits great and protects your phone good. But it makes ppl your talking to hear an echo in your voice on their end. Tried turning off hi def and taping over noise canceling hole on phone nothing fixed it. Switched to another case and it went away. Wish it would've worked though I really liked the case but for the 3 note 8s we have it all did the samething

The only thing which I don't like is the echo in the call if I keep the plugs covers, as I actually tear them a apart.

Poor quality & NOT SHOCK PROOF as stated! Big disappointment & cracked phone to boot! Do not buy this product.
