Very comfortable its perfect! Fits a helmet when fully extended, very flesh when deflated, it has TONS of room to put stuff in it'll be too heavy before you need more space, it is a great addition to your riding experience and it took me forever to find one of a good quality for a decent price, big upgrade, had to get a replacement because my first on had a defect in the zipper and wouldn't open more than 1/4 of the way, second one is great, the company immediately issued a replacement before I had a chance to send the first one out, they made it very quick and easy

I ride to my 4-10 scheduled job and do it rain or shine and have for years. I haven’t had this bag long yet but just the design of how it works has made this bag impeccable. Sturdy, well built, and has good straps but to me it’s that there is no outer way to get into the pack, the back of it is how it opens. Only thing I haven’t run into to test on is water but I live in the PNW so I’ll see some soon enough.

Both of the zippers popped off the track. I’ve had for 10 months. I haven’t found a way to contact the seller yet. But Amazon said after 30 days there’s no refund!UPDATE:The company contacted me and informed me that they had complaint about the early edition backpack zippers and have since then replaced the old zippers with YKK zippers. The company also offered me a free replacement backpack as I’m a daily motorcycle rider.Awesome customer service!

Love this bag very comfortable

Bought for my husband, he loves it. He gets compliments on it often. Can carry lots of things, and has been sturdy. He uses it while riding and when he needs to carry lots of things-versatile! Looks great too.

The bag smells when you get it as my toddler was happy to tell me. It does not hold as much as I expected with the expanded space it has that is on me I guess. Not enough space for a laptop, lunch bag and rain gear. I would recommend looking at something else if you have the funds.

Backpack is very comfortable whether I’m walking or riding. I forget I’m wearing it when I’m riding which is great. It’s very secure and it fits my medium shell Shoei 1400 no problem. Just have to full expand it with both zippers. I’ll update if I have any issues.

I never write reviews, but I crashed at 50mph and this protected my $300 jacket. Stitching may not be the best as one of the straps ripped off, however I just bought another one as a replacement if that says anything.
