Durable hose worth the money
Hose looks great, and functions as a hose should. Light weight, flexible, and very durable. Survives a truck, or lawn mower running over it without ruining it. Easy to reel in and out. Size was perfect for our needs, but comes in different lengths for different needs. More expensive then other hoses, but well worth it.

Great Hose
Love this hose! I am a lawn guy and this hose is light and easy to use and does NOT kink. The sprayer attachment is simple but genius.

Just the best hose ever!
This hose just makes everything you do easier. No more tugging, snags, and kinks. This hose just glides across my driveway and yard. And putting it away is super easy too. It's just effortless to coil. One worry I had was rust, but so far there are no signs of any. And it comes with a nozzle, which I don't use but I can see that as a plus. It's super basic and plastic but it's there if you don't have one. I tried it and it works but it's a twist to turn on and off. Before this I had one of those expanding hoses which was okay but it kept getting snagged on everything and it eventually sprung a leak after about a year. Again, best hose ever and I'm buying again. Oh and it looks cool too. Another thing, it's way lighter than I imagined.

Had them one week - first review
OK, Ive had two of these for a bit over a week so I thought I would write an initial review. Obviously I cannot comment on longevity however I will say the following:I like them so far. They are very light weight so easy to pick up. The provided spray nossle is simple and appears fairly rigid enough. A unique feature, which I really like is what I will refer to as the attachment cuff. A hard molded plastic sleeve that allows one to srew it onto the hosebib without that annoying hose wiggle that often occurs with standard hose. Now the cons: While they do no twist and crimp they can get damaged if one walks on them. I found that I stepped on one leg that overlapped another and it started to dent the hose. Fortunatly it still works fine so my advice is to be a little wary of the implied indestructbility. So far, for the price a pretty good product. I now want to see how long it functions and hope it lasts a long time. PS Good hose, suggest not keeping it outdoors in freezing weather (no reason yet but something tells me it should ever be allowed to freeze)

So, why haven't we BEEN using this!?
Off the record.. I've probably gone thru 500 ft of hose in the last twenty years. Knicked by weed eaters, run over with the mower, borrowed by family/friends who the following summer swear they don't remember borrowing it, and in one in one of my most bizzare ," it could only happen to me", occurrences, had one torn to ribbons by a possum who must have assumed it was a sleeping but potentially deadly snake. I could have avoided all of that. I could have just bought this hose and saved hundreds of dollars, hours of headache and deterred razor toothed possums all at once. This is by far the best hose ive ever used, no kinking, highly flexible, and requires only half the space that a traditional hose needs. Its stainless steel construction is not only attractive in color but also resistant to all sorts of wear and tear. And to top it off it came with a scalable nozzle that is great for car washing and garden watering alike. Save yourself the trouble. Don't be like me, get this hose instead and be better. Lol

The first truly kink-free hose I've found.
The Housemate and I have bought probably half a dozen hoses since we moved to Crazy House 10 years ago. They all advertise themselves as "kink free" a claim which now makes both of us purse our lips and say, "Uh huh, pull the other one." Because we have never yet run into a hose which wouldn't kink with the slightest provocation. We always seem to be searching for a better hose, but have been understandably hesitant to lay out good money on yet another hose advertised to do things it doesn't.But the Bionic Steel 304 looked, to both of us, like it couldn't kink, with a metal body over a liner. At $20 it was worth a try because we were at our wit's end over the hose on the reel in front. It was several years old and had kinks pressed into it that we simply couldn't get out. It flopped all over when we tried to roll it onto the reel, and everything leaked. While I figured Teflon tape would fix some of those links, the badly fitting connectors and the twists in the hose were problems we couldn't solve. So we invested. When the 304 arrived, I tried to bend it, and it's not possible to get more than a sharp curve. It can knot, but only lightly. It rolls up on the hose reel like a dream, and it's much lighter than our old hose. With taped connections, and a new leader hose, the only weak link is the hose reel itself which leaves a lot to be desired. (It was cheap. We've learned our lesson.) It's now such a pleasure to water in front because we're not fighting a heavy hose the whole time. Now I've seen a couple of reviews that state that the inner liner burst almost immediately. So far ours is fine, but be assured that if anything does happen, you will hear about it as will the company. The same is true if it finds a way to kink itself up. I'm not playing games with these things anymore. This is war! However, on the strength of our experience with this hose, we're planning on laying out the money for a 50' one in the back garden, where weight and kink-resistance is even more important to us. That's probably the best recommendation I can give for something like this, being willing to buy a second one because the first purchase was so positive.ETA: We've used it for several weeks now and it's still stubbornly kink-free, and it hasn't burst or broken. We're going to get another for the back garden next year, it's that good.
